The apartments are situated in a convenient quiet location within walking distance from the Tsilivi beach and at the same time further away from the noisy massive touristic establishments. The apartments are new and clean, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a family stay. Some details such as the possibility of having Netflix on the TV, as well as the colouring pencils for the kids in the common areas make a huge difference. The hosts are kind, helpful and very responsive to all our requests. Given the high quite, Peratzada has an excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place for a care-free holiday in the beautiful island of Zákynthos.

Everything was really good but the family who runs this apartments is amazing ?! They are very nice and kind people who welcomed us with wine, snacks and a bowl of fruit. Once we asked them if they had anything to squeeze orange juice and they didn't but they went to the store quickly and bought us a juicer. We didn't even expect it! On the last day they extended our stay until the evening because we had a late departure. And we got fresh baked biscuits as a gift for the trip ?. really lovely people and great apartments. I recommend to everyone. Near to the sea near to the Zante town and airport so it’s very good place to stay for everyone. Thanks for the Peratzada family and best regards ❤️ Jola
e	evi souli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited peratzada for Easter and we were amazed by the beautiful apartments and the hospitality of the manager (Stefi).We loved the aesthetic and the colour palette of the rooms and full equipped cuisines bathrooms etc. The apartments are near the beach and can easily be used as base for road trips. We look forward to visiting peratzada again.
f	fiestakias markone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I choose zakynthos island for easter vacations and more specific Tsilivi area because is so close to zakynthos town and have easy access to sea. I enjoy Peratzada apartments for 5 wonderfull days! The big surprize was when i entered the X1 apartment. It is a brand new and very well equiped apartment with the latest appliences that needs a family. Super clean and comfortable beds and sheets. The pool and sunbeds infront of the appartment is a highlight that we enjoyed a lot. The family that owns Peratzada is beyond the limits helpful and make us feel like home from the very first time even when we communicate with them by mail (Stephie replied us very quick). At the end but not least, was the traditional hanmade biscuits and other local products that we had for farewell gift. For sure I will return this summer at Peratzada apartments. Dont miss the expierience if you choose Zakynthos for your vacations!

The apartments are lovely and super clean, the spot is very close to the beach and the swimming pool adds points to the overall comfort and luxury of the place. Stephie is an excellent host and she was absolutely helpful and kind. Hopefully, I will visit peratzada again this season.
E	Emily Dues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things about this place! Our stay was beautiful, the beaches were beautiful and the people on this island were more than welcoming. Everything was no more than a 10 minute walk from where we were staying. Restaurants, the beach, souvenirs, rentals, excursions you can book on the island, you name it! The food is also amazing at every restaurant, so you won’t ever go hungry here! Our hostess were so attentive, they replied quick, showed us around the place, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay and even let us check in early to accommodate with our flight schedule. If you ever plan on going to Greece, you definitely need to go here! We were so in awe with everything, we are already planning when we should go back.

They really took care of us and went beyond the usual duties of a host! The apartment was spotless and the place was new and well cared for! I completely recommend it if you want a nice, careless and joyful holiday in Zakynthos!

Even though the island was very quiet and mostly still closed for the season the lovely clean apartment was a great place to be. The pool was lovely and we even managed a swim. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and beautifully finished. The apartments are a 10 minute walk from the town with many restaurants and also walking distance to the beach. The family who own the apartments were wonderful hosts, providing lots of snacks and allowing us to check out later due to our late flight. 10/10, we'd love to come back!
