S	Stefan Carelius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value. Basic, clean room located beside accessible sea. Short walking distance to amazingly good souvlaki and gelato. Good internet and nice staff.

Despite all this, I could not sleep because the fridge was so loud and the bed really uncomfortable. You could feel the metal in the mattress.

The area is very quiet you will be alone and not disturb for any other hotel tourists. Aris is a wonderful host that also serves fantastic fredo cappuccino. If you find yourself on the lovely island of Ägina you should definitely make the way to Perdika and stay with Aris!
H	Heather Watt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdika Mare has a perfect location! It is right on the water, but not so close to the restaurants and bars that you would be bothered by any noise. With a quick walk up the hill and down the other side, you find loads of restaurants and access to the boats going to Moni Island. There are several grocery stores within 5-minutes walk. The room was clean and pretty with a small refrigerator and a great little sitting area outside. The manager Christos went out of his way to let us know all the information we would need to enjoy our stay and was super personable! While there is not a beach, there is easy access to the water with a ladder going down and there are plenty of sun chairs and umbrellas to relax in! We would definitely stay here again!
I	Imge Karagol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel experience ever! -Uncomfortable beds -Dirty/untidy room -Awful breakfast quality (paid extra 10€) -Poor service concept +Only good thing is nice view When we reached there, the room wasn't ready for check-in. More than half an hour later they told us that the room is ready but the cleaning lady was unaware of us who are new guests. She just took the trash out. Wet towels were hanged on the bathroom door, bed linen was other guests', etc. The staff/manager didn't apologize or show any empathy for this. They just told us "you can sit on the room's balcony while waiting" as if nothing happened. - insufferable- And i want to add...I made the reservation from hotel's website. I paid extra for balcony/garden view for more spacious but it just fits in one chair, one tiny table. -bad value for money-
O	Oto Ricardo Alves da Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is pretty, but service is horrible. I biked from Athens and am used to travel with my bike. Whenever i travel with it, my bike goes inside the bedroom. It is too risky to leave it outside; i usually don't even bring a lock when i travel by bike. The owner insisted that i leave my bike outside. He only gave up on this unreasonable request when i threatened to go home and give up on my night at their hotel. Also, the beach in front of the hotel is not really safe, the sea floor is too rocky, you will need sea shoes to swim there. But better beaches are available nearby.
A	Antonis Mirsaliotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely Easter stay at Perdika Mare. Our room was relatively small but was very clean and had an amazing view. The location is great too as it is only a few minutes walk away from all the restaurants and cafes in Perdika.
X	Xenones Lindos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing small b&b! Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms with cozy - minimal deco, super location, overlooking the sea, very friendly and professional host! Enjoy your coffee/ breakfast / drink down to their sea front courtyard bar. Last, easy accessible on foot to the famous fish village of Perdika (full of nice tavernas and small restaurants). Will be back soon!
