I have been going to this store for 4 years so I get to know all the girls who work there. Lately I am completely disappointed with the result. From the beginning the girls did not have crazy abilities they are good and to paint your nails a simple color and in anything related to designs or even a simple French they have difficulty. This did not bother me because I do not do something terrible but now a simple mano makes dents. I will talk about the semi-permanent separately which has 15 €, however if you choose a color of another company they automatically charge 2 € more without informing you and if you want to put 2 rhinestones it goes 1 € more. You automatically pay a fairly mediocre semi-permanent € 18 which you do not know how long it will last In addition, I had an incident while I was doing my nails (shortly after the quarantine) when a girl came out and shouted who put water in the antiseptic and at that time the owner told her to stop and how she would explain to her afterwards. I did not stop going because I was waiting to see if something would change and how it was just random events but from what it seems they just have their clientele confident and indifferent to the result
