Τιμή αρχική 23 ευρώ το DRAGONS της playmobil το παραγγείλαμε μας καθυστέρησε κιόλας και ξαφνικά η τιμή όταν χρεώθηκε 35 ευρώ.. Είναι η 2η φορά που το κάνει αυτό. Αρχικά μπέρδεψαν τα στοιχεία τιμολογίου με αυτά της παράδοσης, με αποτέλεσμα το δέμα να πάει για παράδοση σε άλλη διεύθυνση, με λάθος όνομα και φυσικά να μην παραδοθεί λόγω "αγνώστου παραλήπτη". Το ανακάλυψα τυχαία μετά από 10 ημέρες, αναζητώντας τον αριθμό αποστολής. Αφού εγώ επικοινώνησα με το Perfect Toys και ζήτησα να διορθωθεί η διεύθυνση και το όνομα παραλήπτη, έκαναν και πάλι λάθος, το πακέτο εστάλη και πάλι σε λάθος διεύθυνση, με μεγαλύτερη καθυστέρηση από την καταληκτική ημερομηνία που είχα ζητήσει να το παραλάβω (έπρεπε να το προσφέρω ως δώρο μια συγκεκριμένη ημέρα, και εφόσον δεν το είχα λάβει, αναγκάστηκα να το αγοράσω από άλλο κατάστημα). Ως αποτέλεσμα όλης αυτής της ταλαιπωρίας, έχω προσπαθήσει με 4 διαφορετικά emails στα οποία ποτέ δεν έχω λάβει απάντηση έως τώρα και πολλά τηλέφωνα όπου με διαβεβαιώνουν ότι θα έρθει κάποιος από τη Γενική Ταχυδρομική να παραλάβει το πακέτο ώστε να γίνει επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου, παρόλ'αυτά ποτέ δεν ήρθε κάποιος να το παραλάβει. Πολύ κακή διαχείριση από πλευράς του καταστήματος, πολύ δύσκολη η επικοινωνία μαζί τους, χωρίς να έχει ποτέ αποτέλεσμα και προφανώς έχασα τα χρήματά μου, αφού μου παραδόθηκε το πακέτο εν απουσία μου πολύ αργότερα, ενώ είχα ήδη αναγκαστεί να αγοράσω το ίδιο παιχνίδι από άλλο κατάστημα. Very bad management on the part of the store, communication with them is very difficult, without any result and I obviously lost my money, since the package was delivered to me in my absence much later, while I had already had to buy the same toy from another store .
