Όμως σήμερα απογοητευτικά από την συγκεκριμένη κοπέλα που εργαζόταν. Ενώ εκείνη εξυπηρετούσε έναν άλλον πελάτη εγώ έβλεπα τις κρέμες και κάποια στιγμή μου λέει" μην τα ακουμπάς" με ένα τόνο καθόλου ευγενικό και αυτό με πρόσβαλε, ίσως με πέρασε για καμιά κλέφτρα τι να πω! Ίσως " κάνει την δουλειά της" θα λέγανε πολλά άτομα όμως για μένα είναι πολύ σημαντικό κάποιος να έχει τον τρόπο και την ευγένεια να σου μεταφέρει την άποψη του/ της χωρίς να χρειάζεται να θείξει τον άλλον. Για μια επιχείρηση η οποία θέλει να επιβιώσει και να έχει σταθερούς πελάτες δεν είναι σημαντικό μόνο να έχει ποιοτικά προϊόντα αλλά να έχει και όλο το πακέτο της εξυπηρέτησης ενός πελάτη. I have been a client in this business for over 1 year and the reason is because the perfumes are really amazing! But today disappointing from the specific girl who worked. While she was serving another client I was looking at the creams and at some point she says to me "do not touch them" with a tone not at all polite and this offended me, maybe she passed me for some kleftra what to say! Maybe "she does her job" many people would say but for me it is very important for someone to have the way and the kindness to convey his / her point of view to you without having to hurt the other. For a company that wants to survive and have stable customers, it is important not only to have quality products but also to have the whole package of customer service.

Το προσωπικό του καταστήματος είναι άψογο και κατατοπιστικό. Υπάρχει μεγάλη ποικιλία σε αντρικά και γυναικεία αρώματα και άλλα διάφορα προϊόντα γυναικείας περιποίησης. Ο χώρος είναι μινιμαλιστικός έχοντας τα απολύτως απαραίτητα κάτι το οποίο θεωρώ θετικό μιας και αυτό που με ενδιαφέρει είναι η ποιότητα των προϊόντων και όχι το ντιζάιν του καταστήματος. Οι τιμές είναι καλές και σε συνδυασμό με την ποιότητα των αρωμάτων τα οποία αντέχουν για ώρες, δηλαδή με δύο ψεκασμούς την ημέρα οι οποίοι αφήνουν έντονη μυρωδιά, ένα φιαλίδιο 100ml με γύρω στα 12€ μου διαρκεί 4 μήνες+.... I am completely satisfied with the product, as the perfumes I buy smell on me until the next day. The staff of the store is impeccable and informative. There is a wide variety of men's and women's perfumes and various other women's care products. The space is minimalist having the absolutely necessary things which I consider positive since what interests me is the quality of the products and not the design of the store. The prices are good and in combination with the quality of the perfumes which last for hours, ie with two sprays a day which leave a strong smell, a 100ml vial with around 12 € lasts me 4 months + ....
