★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγείλαμε 5 καλαμάκια στις 11 το βράδυ με λίγο κόσμο να κάθεται στο μαγαζί και μετά από 50 λεπτά και αφού διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε για την καθυστέρηση περιμέναμε αλλά 10 για να μας τα φέρουν Προφανως μας ξέχασαν Απαράδεκτοι Μια ώρα καθυστέρηση στο ταξίδι μας
We ordered 5 straws at 11 pm with a few people sitting in the store and after 50 minutes and after we complained about the delay we waited but 10 to bring them to us Obviously they forgot us Unacceptable An hour delay on our trip

Δίνω την παραγγελία και περιμενα 40 λεπτα περίπου για να μου πουν οτι τελικά δεν θα μπορέσουν να μου φτιάξουν πιτες με γύρο κ αν θελω με σουβλακι/καλαμάκι... έπρεπε να περάσουν 40 λεπτά για να το μάθω? Έχω γυρίσει την μισή Ευρώπη κ Ελλαδα αλλά τέτοιο δούλεμα δεν εχω ξαναζήσει κ μιλαμε κ την ιδια γλώσσα. 10χλμ συνολικα για να παρω αερα κοπανιστο... Τόση ώρα θα ειχα φτάσει Λαμία κ θα έτρωγα. Απαράδεκτοι.
I did 5 km to go get 3 pies. I place the order and I waited for about 40 minutes to be told that in the end they will not be able to make me round pies and if I want with a skewer / straw ... they had to spend 40 minutes to find out; I have traveled half of Europe and Greece but I have never experienced such work and we speak the same language. 10km in total to get fresh air ... I would have arrived in Lamia in such a long time and I would have eaten. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ, ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ... μια ώρα αναμονή για να μας φέρουν μαχαιροπιρουνα, οι "σερβιτόροι" απλά περιφερονταν σαν σβούρες χωρίς λόγο, μετά από 15' έφεραν την μπύρα και συνολικά τους πήρε να φέρουν όλη την παραγγελία 2 ώρες. Δικαιολογία; προηγούνται τα πακέτα για σπίτι.
Είμαι από Μακρακωμη και πραγματικά είναι αδιανόητο ένα τέτοιο μαγαζί να επιβιώνει με τέτοια πολιτική ενώ το Black Rooster έκλεισε που τα είχε όλα, ότι έλειπε από την Μακρακωμη.
Το ένα αστέρι το έβαλα γιατί αν είχε -5 αστέρια θα τα έβαζα.
Κλείστε το καλύτερα. Είστε ακατάλληλοι. Ντροπή. ??????
UNACCEPTABLE, TRAGIC ... an hour waiting for them to bring us cutlery, the "waiters" just wandered around for no reason, after 15 'they brought the beer and in total it took them 2 hours to bring the whole order. Justification; preceded by home packages.
I am from Makrakomi and it is really unthinkable for such a store to survive with such a policy while the Black Rooster closed that had it all, that Makrakomi was missing.
I put one star because if it had -5 stars I would put them.
Close the best. You are unsuitable. Shame. ??????
