However, it seems like there is a space for more improvement for serving time as we had to wait for the food for at least 40mins. The food and price was okay. Suggestions would be to let the customers know how long food will actually take to cook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juices are nice, but the pricing isn't right. Payed 6.50 for a regular juice, on the menu it's around 3,60??! The waitress said it was the normal price.
(Addition) It seems that the prices are different at the table or to go. But that's not noted anywhere, even not on the menu.

Everything will be more expensive (about 1,00 - 1,50 € per each thing)
Well, it could be understandable, but no one inform you of this fact before you make an order. :-(. After we talked to waitress about higher prices, she said only - well it's often many misunderstandings about it.
So, if there's many misunderstandings - why don't you tell your clients about the higher prices on the table before you take order from them ?
To be honest - many cafeterias close to ΠΕΡΙΚΑΦΕ don't use cheap tricks like that.
And it's all not about the money, but about the rules.
We left there over 30.00 € and left disgusted.
Besides - frappe wasn't the luxurious coffee I've ever drinked, same about cake. Only the fruit juice was good - and that's the only reason why ΠΕΡΙΚΑΦΕ earns two stars not one.
