J	Joann Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρακολουθώ την ομάδα από τα μέσα της δεκαετίας του '90. Την έχω δει να παίζει από Ευρωλίγκα μέχρι Β εθνική.. Είχα πάντα διαρκείας, ακόμη και σε χρονιές που η αγωνιστική εικόνα ήταν κάκιστη. Τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2020 πίστεψα στην καμπάνια των διαρκείας με τίτλο "Σίγουρα εντός σε όλα τα εντός" κι έβγαλα διαρκείας. Με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι όσοι πάρουν διαρκείας θα έχουν δικαίωμα εισόδου παρά τον κορωνοϊό. Δυστυχώς λίγες εβδομάδες μετά (αρχές Νοέμβρη 2020) η χώρα μπήκε σε γενικό lockdown. Στο μεταξύ είχα πληρώσει το διαρκείας μου, είχαν ήδη παιχτεί τα πρώτα ματς πρωταθλήματος και Ευρώπης αλλά δεν είχα ακόμη τη δυνατότητα να παρακολουθώ από κοντά την ομάδα. Περίμενα, περίμενα.. Πίστεψα ότι κάποιος από την ΚΑΕ θα φιλοτιμηθεί να με καλέσει τηλεφωνικά ή έστω με ένα email ώστε να ενημερωθώ αν θα μπω έστω σε ένα ματς.. Πέρασε ο Δεκέμβριος, πέρασε και ο Γενάρης, μπήκαμε Φλεβάρη η χώρα ήταν ακόμα σε lockdown. Τα γήπεδα κλειστά αλλά στην "πιάτσα" ακουγόταν ότι ο ΓΣΠ βάζει στα εντός του κάποιους κατόχους διαρκείας και αυτό βέβαια φαινόταν και από την τηλεόραση στις μεταδόσεις των αγώνων. Περίμενα λοιπόν τη σειρά μου κι εγώ. Φτάσαμε πλέον Πάσχα, καμία ενημέρωση ποτέ. Και όσες φορές τηλεφώνησα ο ίδιος στα γραφεία της ΚΑΕ πάντα αυτός - ή που ήταν εκεί δήλωνε πως δεν έχει αρμοδιότητα περί των διαρκείας. Η σεζόν 2020-21 πέρασε, δεν εξαργύρωσα ποτέ το διαρκείας μου και εκτός αυτού, δεν επικοινώνησε ποτέ κανείς μαζί μου για κάποια ενημέρωση. Το καλοκαίρι του 2021 είπα να πάω ο ίδιος στα γραφεία της ΚΑΕ. Είπαν πολλές δικαιολογίες, μου ζήτησαν μια κουτσουρεμένη συγγνώμη και μου έδωσαν σαν "δώρο" στο χέρι μια τσαλακωμενη φανέλα με τυπωμένο το όνομα παλιού παίκτη της ομάδας. Διαρκείας φυσικά και δεν έβγαλα γιατί η "έκπτωση" που θα μου έκαναν ηταν μόνο γύρω στα 20 ευρώ. Εν τω μεταξύ παρότι ήμουν πλήρως εμβολιασμένος πάλι δε μπορούσαν να με διαβεβαιώσουν ότι σε περίπτωση lockdown θα μπαίνω όντως στο γήπεδο. Ούτε μίλησαν για επιστροφή χρημάτων. Δηλαδή και δεν εξαργύρωσα ποτέ το τριψήφιο ποσό που έδωσα (δεν μου περισσεύουν κιόλας) το 2020 και μου έκαναν μια αστεία έκπτωση χωρίς αντίκρυσμα. Λυπάμαι πολύ αλλά σε θέματα μάρκετινγκ είστε πολύ πίσω εκεί στην ΚΑΕ. Τον ΓΣΠ όμως τον αγαπώ και θα συνεχίσω να τον στηρίζω κι ας χρειαστεί για πρώτη φορά μετά από δεκαετίες να μη βγάλω διαρκείας. They made many excuses, apologized to me and gave me a crumpled shirt with the name of a former team player printed on it as a "gift". Of course, I did not take it out because the "discount" they would give me was only around 20 euros. In the meantime, even though I was fully vaccinated, they still could not assure me that in case of a lockdown, I would actually enter the stadium. Nor did they talk about a refund. That is, I never redeemed the three-digit amount I gave (I do not even have enough) in 2020 and they gave me a funny discount without a face. I'm very sorry but in terms of marketing you are far behind there in the OEM. But I love GSP and I will continue to support it, even if it is necessary for the first time in decades not to make it last.
