★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POSITIVE: good store, variety of cat and dog foods and accessories. its personnel is polite and friendly.
NEGATIVE:
1. the prices could be lower.
2. home delivery has a lot of space for improvement. they refuse to deliver if the purchase amount is too low to their opinion, even to disabled or elderly - they seem not to be bothered or interested to help, which is a great shame. for this reason i cannot give more than 3 stars as we see the real character of someone in how they treat those in need.
