★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ καλή προσέγγιση από το φιλικότατο προσωπικό! Πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν παρα το γεγονος ότι βρεθήκαμε εκεί λίγο πριν το κλείσιμο. Βρίσκεται σε ένα εύκολα προσβάσιμο σημείο επι της Λ. Μαραθώνος και διαθέτει και χώρο στάθμευσης μεγάλο ακριβώς εμπρός.
Very good approach from the very friendly staff! Willing to serve us despite the fact that we were there shortly before closing. Located in an easily accessible area on Marathonos Avenue, there is a large parking lot right in front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τα καλύτερα υποκαταστήματα της αλυσίδας.Επειδη έχω πολλά ζώα , είμαι και μέλος φιλοζωικής αλλά λόγω δουλειάς γυρνάω σε πολλές περιοχές έχω ψωνίσει από τα περισσότερα υποκαταστήματα.Στης νέας Μάκρης είναι ίσως το καλύτερο προσωπικό.Ολα τα παιδιά είναι ευγενικά όχι μόνο γιατί είναι κάποιος πελάτης αλλά γιατί έτσι είναι.Εχουνν πολύ καλή γνώση του καταστήματος και του προϊόντος που δίνουν και προσπαθούν πάντα να σε βοηθήσουν και να σε καθοδηγήσουν σωστά ώστε να φύγεις από το κατάστημα ευχαριστημένος.Φροντιζουν να γνωρίζουν τους πελάτες του μαγαζιού και να καλύψουν οποία ανάγκη τους.Ειδικα τα παιδιά που είναι υπεύθυνα είναι πραγματικά εξαιρετικά στην δουλειά τους.ο μόνος λόγος που δεν βάζω 5αστερια είναι ότι έχω κάποια παράπονα από την εταιρεία αλλά κανένα από το συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα.
One of the best branches of the chain. Because I have many animals, I am also a member of animal welfare but due to work I return to many areas I have shopped from most branches. In Nea Makri they are probably the best staff. All children are kind not only because they are a customer but because it's so. They have a very good knowledge of the store and the product they give and they always try to help you and guide you properly so that you leave the store happy. They make sure they know the customers of the store and meet their need. The guys in charge are really great at their job. The only reason I do not put 5 stars is that I have some complaints from the company but none from the specific branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φιλικότατο προσωπικό. Αγοράζω τροφή και είδη περιποίησης για την γάτα μου. Πάντα με εξυπηρετούν με το χαμόγελο και βρίσκω το προϊόν που έχω ανάγκη. Τις περισσότερες φορές σου λένε τις εμπειρίες τους γιατί τα περισσότερα παιδιά εκεί έχουν κατοικίδια. Και πάντα ζητούν ανατροφοδότηση για βελτίωση. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Very friendly staff. I buy food and toiletries for my cat. They always serve me with a smile and I find the product I need. Most of the time they tell you their experiences because most of the children there have pets. And they always ask for feedback for improvement. I highly recommend it.
