I placed orders from 24/4. The payment has been made and I am still waiting for it, while at the same time no one answers at the call center. Obviously this is a scam ... !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία τον Απρίλιο, χρεώθηκε η κάρτα. Με καλέσατε να με ενημερώσετε πως υπάρχει έλλειψη και πως θα επιστραφούν τα χρήματα. Δυο μήνες μετά βλέπω πως δεν έχει γίνει επιστροφή. Το site κατέβηκε και δεν απαντάτε στο τηλέφωνο.
I placed an order in April, the card was charged. You called me to inform me that there is a shortage and that the money will be refunded. Two months later I see that no return has been made. The site has been downloaded and you do not answer the phone.

Τουλάχιστον είχα επιλέξει αντικαταβολή και δεν έχασα τα λεφτά μου.
Ντροπή σας να κοροϊδεύετε τον κόσμο που σας εμπιστεύτηκε ....
I, like others from what I read, placed an order in April and it never came!
At least I chose cash on delivery and I did not lose my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλώντας στο τηλέφωνο που υπάρχει στο Google maps βγαίνει ένα σουβλατζίδικο. Λογικά δεν υπάρχει καν το μαγαζί.
Calling on the phone that exists in Google maps, a souvlaki restaurant comes out. Of course there is not even a store.

Polite gentleman very helpful. You find what you need for your pet. It was urgent to find an open pet shop Sunday and luckily I found what I was looking for.
