★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν υπάρχουν οι κοπέλες!!Φανταστικές επαγγελματίες...φιλικές μέχρι κόκκαλο...μας έκαναν να αισθανθούμε πολύ άνετα..όσο αφορά το αποτέλεσμα που είχαμε στην μικρούλα μας..πιο όμορφη δεν την έχουμε ξαναδεί. Τις συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
There are no girls !! Fantastic professionals ... friendly to the bone ... they made us feel very comfortable..as far as the result we had in our little one..we have never seen her more beautiful. I highly recommend them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα δύο διαφορετικές τροφές, η μια είχε σκουλήκια, η άλλη είχε μούχλα και ζουζούνια. Το χειρότερο όλων ήταν πως την Josera (για την οποία ισχυρίστηκαν πως έχει γενικά ‘’αυτό το πρόβλημα’’, τα σκουλήκια) μου την πρότειναν αφού ρωτήσα για τροφή για άρρωστο σκύλο.
Όταν πήγα στο μαγαζί να τους ενημερώσω, πιστεύοντας πως δεν θα είχαν ιδέα, μου απάντησαν πως γνωρίζουν ότι η μια τροφή έχει σκουλήκια αλλά την πουλάνε παρ' όλα αυτά, ενώ για την δεύτερη σχολίασαν χαρακτηριστικά πως αυτή ‘’την τρώνε μόνο σκυλιά που δεν έχουν φάει 20 χρόνια’’, προσβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά και τους ίδιους και εμένα έμμεσα. Μέσα σε όλα αυτά η κυρία υπέθεσε πως είμαι άσχετη επομένως φρόντισε να πει πολλές αστοχίες, μεταξύ αυτών πως διαχειρίστηκα εγώ την κατάσταση λάθος και πως αυτά γίνονται σε όλες τις επιχειρήσεις. Έφυγα παραπάνω από δυσαρεστημένη.
Η κριτική είναι τόσο για τους πελάτες όσο και για την επιχείρηση και το πρόσωπο που θέλει να δείχνει. Καλό είναι οι πελάτες να μπορούν να εμπιστεύονται τις επιχειρήσεις στις οποίες ξοδεύουν τα λεφτά τους.
I bought two different foods, one had worms, the other had mold and bugs. Worst of all, Josera (who was claimed to have "this problem" by worms) suggested it to me after I asked about food for a sick dog.
When I went to the store to inform them, believing that they would have no idea, they replied that they know that one food has worms but they still sell it, while for the second they commented that "it is eaten only by dogs that do not have eats 20 years '', effectively insulting both themselves and me indirectly. In the midst of all this, the lady assumed that I was irrelevant, so she made sure to say many failures, among them that I managed the situation incorrectly and that these happen in all companies. I left more than dissatisfied.
Criticism is for both the customers and the business and the person who wants to show off. It's good for customers to be able to trust the companies to which they spend their money.
