★ ★ ★ ★ ★ τον τελευταιο καιρο δυσκολεύομαι να βρω μια οικονομική και καλή τροφή για τα σκυλάκια μου και το κυριότερο σύμφωνα με τις αναγκες τους.η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν πρόθυμη να με βοηθήσει και να απαντησει σε όλες μου τις απορίες :) <3
 lately I am having a hard time finding a cheap and good food for my dogs and most importantly according to their needs. the girl who served me was willing to help me and answer all my questions :) <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλύτερο pet shop που έχω πάει τόσο στην αλυσίδα όσο και σε κατάστημα της κατηγορίας του.
Βέβαια αυτό που το κάνει να ξεχωρίζει κατά πολύ είναι ο Χρήστος που είναι ο πιο εξυπηρετικός άνθρωπος που έχω γνωρίσει! Τα λόγια περιττά για αυτόν τον άνθρωπο.
Θα ψωνίζω μόνο από εδώ!
The best Pet Shop I have gone in both the chain and a store of his class.
Of course, what makes it very stand out is Christos that is the most helpful person I have known! Words unnecessarily for this man.

Christos who works in my store solved all the questions about the two kittens we have, very good service with a positive mood.

I'm a regular customer because they know what I need before I think about it. Polite and helpful employees. Easy access to the store and easy parking.

Everything for our little friends. Large variety of food for our pets, toys and cleaning items. The children are very kind with impeccable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετά καλο και πιο οικονομικό. εξυπηρετικοι υπάλληλοι όμως αυτό που με ενόχλησε είναι ότι παρόλο που είναι μαγαζί για ζώα υπήρχε μια αδέσποτη γατούλα απέξω που νιαουριζε και απλά της είχαν πετάξει στο πεζοδρόμιο στο πλάι του μαγαζιού λίγη ξηρά τροφή ούτε νερό ούτε πιατάκι από τα προϊόντα τους. Βγήκα και της έβαλα μόνη μου. Αν είναι απλά για την μόστρα και τα λεφτά το ενδιαφέρον για τα ζώα προτιμώ να πληρώνω μερικά ευρώ παραπάνω και να πηγαίνω στα pet city που τουλάχιστον έστω για τα μάτια του κόσμου έχουν μονίμως απέξω από το μαγαζί του γεμάτα μπολ με τροφή και νερό για τα αδέσποτα και συγκεντρώνουν και τρόφιμα γι'αυτά
Quite good and cheaper. But what bothered me was that even though it was a pet store there was a stray kitten outside meowing and they had just thrown her on the sidewalk next to the store some dry food or water or a saucer of their products. I went out and put it on myself. If it is just for the show and the money the interest for the animals I prefer to pay a few euros more and go to the pet cities that at least for the eyes of the people have permanently outside their shop full of bowls with food and water for the strays and gather food for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρω αν πρέπει νά τούς χαρακτηρίσω άσχετους ή απλά αδιαφορους. Χρόνια ψωνίζω από τή χαλκιδονα χωρίς κανένα παράπονο αλλά επειδή είναι ποιο κοντά είπα να ψωνίσουμε από εκεί. Τεράστιο λάθος. Ή τροφή που αγόρασα είχε δώρο και ενώ τό ζήτησε ό σύζυγος μου τού είπαν ότι δεν ισχύει. Έστειλα εκ νέου τό γιό μου καί ό υπάλληλος σέ τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη μας ζήτησε απόδειξη φωτογραφίες τής συσκευασίας μετά φωτογραφία τού κάτω μέρους τής συσκευασίας για να αποφασίσει ότι πρέπει να κάνει τό αυτονόητο νά μας δώσει τά 2.5 κιλά δώρο. Τήν επόμενη εβδομάδα πήγε πάλι ό σύζυγος μου καί ζήτησε ξηρά τροφή για στειρωμένες γάτες. Του έδωσαν grain free cat urinary. Θεωρώ ότι βλάπτει τό όνομα τής εταιρείας τό συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.
I do not know if I should call them irrelevant or just indifferent. I have been shopping in Chalkidona for years without any complaints but because it is closer I said to shop from there. Huge mistake. The food I bought had a gift and while my husband asked for it he was told it was not valid. I sent my son again and the clerk in a phone call with our owner asked for proof of photos of the package after a photo of the bottom of the package to decide that he should take it for granted to give us the 2.5 kg gift. The next week my husband went again and asked for dry food for neutered cats. They gave him grain free cat urinary. I think that the name of the company hurts the specific store.
