★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψώνισα από το eshop και παρέλαβα από το κατάστημα της Ερμού. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που συμβαίνει να μου δώσουν παπούτσι λάθος νούμερο. Πέραν αυτού τα παπούτσια ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση (all star με κιτρινισμένη σόλα και κορδόνια...). Επέστρεψα και ζήτησα αλλαγή. Έπρεπε να καλέσω και να συνεννοηθώ μόνη μου με την υπάλληλο του eshop (ήταν η μόνη που με εξυπηρέτησε σωστά) και τελικά μου τα άλλαξαν αφού τους κάλεσε η υπάλληλος του eshop. Για καλή μου τύχη υπήρχε ένα τελευταίο ζευγάρι (σε καλή κατάσταση) και έτσι εξυπηρετήθηκα.
 I shopped from the eshop and received it from the Ermou store. This is the second time they have given me the wrong shoe number. Apart from that, the shoes were in bad condition (all star with yellowed sole and laces ...). I came back and asked for a change. I had to call and consult with the eshop clerk myself (she was the only one who served me properly) and finally they changed it for me after the eshop clerk called them. Luckily for me there was one last couple (in good condition) and so I was served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου στείλανε λάθος παραγγελία και άργησαν να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα μου. Σε γενικές γραμμές ένα e-shop με βιαστικές κινήσεις που έχουν κόστος στον αγοραστή. Δε θα το ξανά προτιμήσω!
They sent me the wrong order and they were late to return my money. In general, an e-shop with hasty moves that cost the buyer. I will not prefer it again!
