Άλλαξαν την ώρα χωρίς να με ρωτήσουν ή να με ειδοποιήσουν (μου ήρθε email για την αλλαγή ώρας από την εφαρμογή) και όταν έφτασα εκεί το κατάστημα ήταν κλειστό!!!Δεν με ειδοποίησε ποτέ κανένας... Κάλεσα στο τηλέφωνο που αναγράφουν στο site και προφανώς δεν το σήκωσε κανείς... Απαράδεκτοι!!! I had made an appointment through an application. They changed the time without asking me or notifying me (I received an email about the change of time from the application) and when I got there the store was closed !!! Nobody ever notified me ... I called the phone number listed on the site and obviously no one picked it up ... Unacceptable !!!
S	Sy “SyLa” L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φοβερή και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικό προσωπικό. Η κυρία πού μου έκοψε κ έφτιαξε τα μαλλιά ήταν καταπληκτική. Κατάλαβε με μια ματιά τι σόι πελάτη έχει μπροστά της και τι κούρεμα χρειαζόμουν. Εξηγούσε και συμβούλευε ευγενικά, όλη η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστη. Θα ξανά πάω σίγουρα για το επόμενο κούρεμα. Μπράβο σε όλες τις κοπέλες που εργάζονται εκεί.
Π	Παναγιώτα Δρούλια on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ίσως η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ όσον αφορά τα νύχια. Το σχέδιο καμία σχέση με αυτό που ζήτησα, βιαστική και απρόσεκτη δουλειά και τα υλικά κακής ποιότητας. Την επόμενη μέρα κιόλας άρχισαν να ξεκολλάνε από μόνα τους σε πολλά σημεία και όταν πήγα να μου τα διορθώσουν δεν έφτιαξαν καν όλα τα χαλασμένα νύχια γιατί τα υπόλοιπα οφείλονταν σε "χτύπημα" από εμένα, όπως ισχυρίστηκαν. Δεν αφαίρεσε καν όλο το προηγούμενο υλικό και πέρασε από πάνω το καινούργιο χωρίς καν να σκουπίσει τις σκόνες! Ας μην σχολιάσω το σχέδιο που το έκανε ακόμα χειρότερο από την πρώτη φορά. Δεν γνωρίζω για τις υπηρεσίες τους όσον αφορά την περιποίηση μαλλιών, πάντως για τα νύχια η δουλειά που έγινε τουλάχιστον σε εμένα ήταν κάκιστη και αδικαιολόγητα ακριβή. Probably the worst nail experience I have ever had. The design has nothing to do with what I asked for, hasty and careless work and poor quality materials. The next day they started to come off on their own in many places and when I went to fix them they did not even fix all the damaged nails because the rest was due to a "hit" by me, as they claimed. He did not even remove all the previous material and passed the new one without even wiping the dust! Let me not comment on the plan that made it even worse than the first time. I do not know about their hair care services, however for the nails the work done at least for me was bad and unreasonably expensive.

They were in bad shape but Stella made them absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Lovely, clean salon and fast work. Will be going back for sure! Thank you ?
