M	Mixalis Tsif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα παραγγελία δυο προϊόντων ορθοστάτες πουλιων αξιας 43.20€ και την πληρωσα με κατάθεση σε τραπεζικο λογαριασμό τους αυτο και ηταν το λαθος μου. Στο δελτιο παραγγελίας μου εγραφε μηδεν μεταφορικά και βάση αυτου προχωρησα στην παραγγελία. Μιλησα μαζι τους οταν εκανα την κατάθεση των χρημάτων μα ποτε δεν μου αναφέρθηκε για εξοδα αποστολής η για καποιο εχτρα ποσο χρεώσεις κι αν συμφωνω. Οταν μου εφεραν τα προιοντα στο σπίτι με χρεωσαν 17.36€ μεταφορικα . Το βεβαιο ειναι πως αν ηταν αντικαταβολη δεν θα τα παραλαμβανα ποτέ αλλα με ειχαν στο χερι αφου τους ειχα πληρωσει.Εχω κάνει παρα πολλές αγορές απο το ίντερνετ και θεωρώ πως το εν λόγο κατάστημα ειναι αναξιόπιστο. I placed an order for two products of bird uprights worth € 43.20 and I paid for it by depositing in their bank account, and that was my mistake. In my order form it said zero shipping and based on that I proceeded with the order. I talked to them when I made the deposit but I was never told about shipping costs or any other extra charges even if I agree. When they brought the products to my house, they charged me € 17.36 shipping. The certainty is that if it was cash on delivery I would never have received it but they had it in hand after I had paid them. I have made many purchases online and I consider that this store is unreliable.

C	Christos Papachristidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκαναν τα αδύνατα δυνατά για να μου βρουν αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει για το καναρίνι μου που έχει θέμα με το ένα ποδαράκι. Πολύ ευγενικοί, σωστή και συνεχής επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη και τα προϊόντα ήρθαν έτσι ακριβώς όπως τα ζητήσαμε, στην ώρα τους και σε καλύτερη τιμή από όλους τους ανταγωνιστές τους. Μόνο το site είναι λίγο προβληματικό κατά τη διάρκεια online αγοράς αλλά και ειδικά στη διαδικασία παρακολούθησης της παραγγελίας σε δεύτερο χρόνο, αλλά διορθώνεται με μια απλή ανανέωσή του. Δύσχρηστο UI γενικά. Θα ξαναψώνιζα όμως σίγουρα γιατί έχει τεράστια και καλή ποικιλία προϊόντων γενικά για πτηνά. They did their best to find what I had ordered for my one-legged canary. Very polite, correct and continuous communication with the customer and the products came exactly as we requested, on time and at a better price than all their competitors. Only the site is a bit problematic during the online purchase but also especially in the process of monitoring the order in the second year, but it is corrected with a simple renewal. Hard to use UI in general. But I would definitely go shopping again because it has a huge and good variety of products in general for birds.

s	sToNe gARdEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει ποικιλία το κατάστημα φαίνεται ότι γνωρίζουν από πτηνά. Έτυχε να περάσω και το κατάστημα μύριζε τσιγάρο το οποίο σημαίνει ότι καπνίζουν σε κλειστό χώρο. Επίσης δεν φόραγε κάνεις μάσκα. Παιδιά καταλαβαίνω ότι είναι δύσκολο να την φοράτε τόσες ώρες αλλά όπως την φοράω εγώ σαν πελάτης θέλω το ίδιο και από εσάς. It has variety the store seems to know from birds. I happened to pass by and the store smelled of cigarettes which means they smoke indoors. You also did not wear a mask. Guys I understand that it is difficult to wear it for so many hours but as I wear it as a customer I want the same from you.
