★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά Υπέροχο! Ειναι ακριβώς αυτό που λέει, πέτρινα διαμερίσματα(ευρύχωρα-ιδανικα για οικογένεια) με θέα την Καλαμάτα. (φωτο απο μπαλκόνι). Χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο για μετακινήσεις.
 Just wonderful! It's just what it says, stone-built apartments (spacious-ideal for family) overlooking Kalamata. (photo from a balcony). You need a car to travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ λεπτοί τοίχοι ακούς τα πάντα (γείτονες,φωνές, αυτοκινητα), κουφώματα δεκαετίας 80, κακές σωληνώσεις (φοβερός θόρυβος αν ανοίξει κάποιος την βρύση η πάει τουαλέτα), θεα σχετικά οκ, μπερδεύει το όνομα Petra thea ότι είναι όπως στο site η booking τα πετρινα κτιρια Αλλά είναι πολυκατοικία δεκαετίας 80μαξ. Καθαρό πολύ,ανακαινισμένο με μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό, ευρύχωρο.
Very thin walls, you can hear everything (neighbors, voices, cars), 80s frames, bad piping (terrible noise if someone opens the faucet or goes to the toilet), goddamn ok, confuses the name Petra thea that is like booking the site stone buildings But it is an 80sm apartment building. Very clean, renovated with modern design, spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and clean apartment with a big balcony with sea view, quite pleasant stay.
Minor complaints that the previous attendant left a little late so our appartment was ready half an hour after our check in time and that there is a construction site in front that kind of messes the overall view, although that isnt the owners fault.
I would visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was clean and decently decorated. It also had a nice view. The beds were very comfortable, but there was poor soundproofing. We were disappointed from the delay at check-in and the fact that the owners accepted cash only with no receipt.
