No hope to be served ... you ask him if he has a product in specific dimensions and he asks you for a sketch because obviously he does not even know how to use a subway !!!!

P	Panagiotis Grigoriou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και κακής ποιότητας προϊόντα... Πριν από 2 χρόνια έβαλα καινούριο θερμοσίφωνα απτο κατάστημα. Μετά από 1 μόλις χρόνο χάλασε η αντίσταση... Την άλλαξα στο ίδιο κατάστημα πληρώνοντας το πλήρες αντίτιμο, ενώ εκείνοι δεν απέδωσαν κάπου την αιτία βλάβης. Πριν 3 βδομάδες πάλι χάλασε ο θερμοσίφωνας. Αυτή τη φορά έστειλαν τον ηλεκτρολόγο που συνεργάζονται καθώς είχε χαλάσει και ο διακόπτης με αποτέλεσμα να καεί πάλι η αντίσταση... Έπειτα απο κυνηγητό μιας βδομάδας καθως μου ακύρωναν μέρα παρά μέρα τα ραντεβού αλλάζω παλι την αντίσταση χωρίς να μου κάνουν καμία έκπτωση πληρώνοντας 110 ευρώ, λέγοντας πως έφταιγε ο διακόπτης και δεν ηταν βλάβη του θερμοσίφωνα ενω ειχε γινει το ίδιο πράμα ένα χρόνο πριν!! Η βλάβη παρόλα αυτά δεν ειχε φτιαχτεί ακόμα. Ο ηλεκτρολόγος μετά από εργασία 1 ώρας(καθώς δεν ήξερε τι έφταιγε) έφτιαξε προσωρινά το θερμοσίφωνα αφού ξαναχάλασε 1 βδομάδα αργότερα... Χθες τους πήρα τηλέφωνο πάλι και ενώ ήρθε αμέσως ένας μάστορας που ήταν όντως εξυπηρετικός δεν μπόρεσε να βρει τι φταίει καθώς μάλλον ειναι ηλεκτρολογικό που ηταν εκτός του στοιχείου του. Έτσι μου είπε ότι θα κανονίσει με τον ηλεκτρολόγο τους να ερθει σήμερα το πρωί. Ο ηλεκτρολόγος σήμερα άφαντος και όταν τον πήρα τηλ μου είπε θα έρθει το απόγευμα όπου δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ. Πραγματικά η χειρότερη εμπειρία που μπορώ να έχω και δε το προτείνω σε κανέναν εκτός αν θέλει να δίνει 100 ευρώ το χρόνο και να σφίξει το δέρμα του απτο κρύο νερό... Unacceptable service and poor quality products ... 2 years ago I put a new water heater in a tangible store. After only 1 year, the resistance broke down ... I changed it in the same store, paying the full price, while they did not attribute the cause of the damage somewhere. 3 weeks ago, the water heater broke again. This time they sent the electrician they work with as the switch had broken and as a result the resistance burned again ... After a week of chasing as my appointments were canceled day by day I change the resistance again without giving me any discount paying 110 euros , saying that the switch was to blame and it was not a fault of the water heater while the same thing had been done a year ago !! The damage, however, had not yet been repaired. The electrician after 1 hour of work (as he did not know what was wrong) temporarily repaired the water heater after it broke down again 1 week later ... Yesterday I called them again and while a carpenter came who was really helpful he could not find what was wrong as it probably is electrical that was out of its component. So he told me he would arrange with their electrician to come this morning. The electrician was missing today and when I called him he told me he would come in the afternoon where he never showed up. Really the worst experience I can have and I do not recommend it to anyone unless he wants to give 100 euros a year and tighten his skin with tangible cold water ...
