Μετά από 15 μέρες, με συνεχείς τηλεφωνικές "ενοχλήσεις" από εμένα ήρθαν επιτέλους σήμερα τα χαλιά μας. Όταν τους είπα ότι δεν σέβεστε το γεγονός ότι έχω ένα βρέφος 9 μηνών που μπουσουλάει στα πλακάκια, μου απάντησαν ότι εγώ δεν σέβομαι.. τι ακριβώς δεν σέβομαι? Όταν τους είπα ότι θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε που κλείνετε ξανά και ξανά το τηλέφωνο στον πελάτη, που το μόνο που ζητάει να μάθει είναι γιατί πάλι δεν ήρθαν τα χαλιά του και πότε έχουν σκοπό επιτέλους να τα φέρουν μου απάντησαν ότι εγώ θα έπρεπε να ντρέπομαι.. για ποιο λόγο πάλι εγώ θα έπρεπε να ντρέπομαι? Με τάραξαν απίστευτα κυρίως με την απάνθρωπη συμπεριφορά τους στο τηλέφωνο, με τα επαναλαμβανόμενα ψέματα και τις συνεχόμενες αναβολές χωρίς καμία εξήγηση , γιατί προφανώς δεν είχαν. Τοξικοί άνθρωποι που δεν πρέπει να στηρίζουμε με κανέναν τρόπο. Of course, what is the point of looking for professionalism when this business lacks humanity. P	Panagiotis Koudas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πέρα από τον προγραμματισμό της παράδοσης 10 μέρες αφού το ζήτησα (και μου έκαναν χάρη γιατί αρχικά μου είπαν 12), χρειάστηκαν 2 mail και 4 κλήσεις μέσα σε 8 εργάσιμες μέρες, για να μου στείλουν ένα (1) IBAN για να κάνω την πληρωμή (Σημ. πώς δεν επιθυμούσα να γίνει με μετρητά). Κανείς δεν είδε τα mail και στις κλήσεις με διαβεβαιωναν πως θα μου στείλουν άμεσα τα στοιχεία. Χρειάστηκε να φτάσουμε στη μέρα της παράδοσης για να τα καταφέρουν και φυσικά αφού επικοινώνησα πάλι. V	Vasilis Karfis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιεικώς απαράδεκτη σαν επιχείρηση. Θα σας μεταφέρω την δικιά μου προσωπική εμπειρία. Εδώ και 2 εβδομάδες προσπαθώ να παραδώσω τα χαλιά μου για καθαρισμό. Στην αρχική μας επικοινωνία λοιπόν κλείσαμε το ραντεβού για να παραδώσω τα χαλιά, πράγμα που δε συνέβη ποτέ καθώς σε επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους την ημέρα που είχαμε ορίσει, με δική μου μέριμνα επικοινωνία να τονίσω, έλαβα την απάντηση πως τα παιδιά που κάνουν τις παραλαβές είχαν φύγει και δεν βρισκόταν πλέον στον τομέα που κατοικώ. Μετά από 2 περίπου μέρες λαμβάνω κλήση από την επιχείρηση και κανονίζουμε εκ νέου ραντεβού για να παραδώσω τα χαλιά. Φτάνει λοιπόν αυτή η μέρα, χωρίς να έχω λάβει καμιά ενημέρωση και καλώντας πάλι με δική μου μέριμνα, λαμβάνω την απάντηση πως τα παιδιά έχουν φύγει και η υπεύθυνη υπάλληλος δεν πρόλαβε να τους ειδοποιήσει γιατί πήγε λίγο αργότερα στη δουλειά. Σαν να μην φτάνει αυτό, μου κάνει την ερώτηση αν μπορώ την Κυριακή να κλείσουμε ένα νέο ραντεβού. ΟΧΙ. Απαράδεκτη επιχείρηση και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν τη συστήνω σε κανέναν. As if that were not enough, he asks me if I can make a new appointment on Sunday. NO. Unacceptable business and in no case do I recommend it to anyone.

Δεν συναντησα απολύτως καμμία δυσκολία. Ηταν εξυπηρετικότατοι και με απόλυτο επαγγελματισμό και άριστη επικοινωνία. Γενικά πάντως πιστεύω πως όταν κάποιος είναι παράξενος ολα τα στραβα θα πεσουν πανω του!!! I read some reviews and I confess that I was a little skeptical at first but because a friend recommended me, I decided to give my carpets for cleaning. I encountered absolutely no difficulty. They were very helpful and with absolute professionalism and excellent communication. In general, however, I believe that when someone is strange, all the wrong things will fall on him !!!
