t	terry saita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα Κυριακή εκτέλεσε ο κ Νίκος ένα δρομολόγιο από Αθήνα - Ηγουμενίτσα! Δύο κατοικίδια ( μεγαλόσωμος σκύλος - γάτα) και ένα άτομο. Κορυφαία εξυπηρέτηση!!!!!!!! Είχαμε εξ αρχής καλή συνεννόηση ,ήταν πρόθυμος να με εξυπηρετήσει άμεσα ( αφού τον είχα ενημερώσει την προηγούμενη μέρα και ήταν μεγάλο ταξιδι) Ο ίδιος ήταν ευγενικός , επικοινωνιακός και όσες φορές πρότεινα στάση , δεν το αρνήθηκε!! Το βαν του ήταν ανάλογο με την εξυπηρέτηση του. Καθαρότατο!!!! ,(Και στο χώρο που ήταν ο σκύλος μου) , Σύγχρονο και ευρύχωρο !!! Today, Sunday, Mr. Nikos performed a route from Athens - Igoumenitsa! Two pets (large dog - cat) and one person. Top service !!!!!!!! We had a good communication from the beginning, he was willing to serve me immediately (after I had informed him the day before and it was a long trip) He was polite, communicative and every time I suggested an attitude, he did not deny it !! Η επικοινωνία μου με τον οδηγό(Κ.Νίκο) ηταν άψογη και η ώρα άφιξης ακριβώς η ώρα που μου είχε πει! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ, εις το επανιδείν! I received my Akitaki from Thessaloniki today! Everything looked fine as far as the puppy was concerned, even though he had recently had minor eye surgery! My communication with the driver (K.Niko) was impeccable and the time of arrival was exactly the time he had told me! Thank you very much, again!
K	Katherina Bambina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από επείγον περιστατικό με ένα αδεσποτάκι πήγα εχθες για πρώτη φορά στον κτηνίατρο κο Καμπούρη στην Καλλιθέα (που είναι φανταστικός, παρεμπιπτόντως). Εφόσον δεν είχα μέσο να επιστρέψω και πήγα κυριολεκτικά τρέχοντας στο ιατρείο, ρώτησα την γραμματέα εάν υπάρχει κάποια υπηρεσία μεταφοράς ζώων για να πάρω το σκυλάκι σπίτι μου. Μου είπαν πως υπάρχει το PetTaxi και μου έδωσαν το τηλέφωνο, πήρα κατευθείαν και μίλησα με έναν τρομερά επιθετικό και αγενή άνθρωπο, ο οποίος μου έκανε παρατήρηση και κήρυγμα για το ότι τον κάλεσα τελευταία στιγμή, πως πριν 20 λεπτά ήταν στο ιατρείο και τώρα είχε φύγει και πως ποια νομίζω πως είμαι να περιμένω να μπορεί αμέσως να έρθει το ταξί. Εγώ σοκαρισμένη του εξήγησα ότι μου δόθηκε το τηλέφωνο από το ιατρείο και πως δεν ήξερα καν ότι υπάρχει τέτοια υπηρεσία, πως το περιστατικό ήταν επείγον ΧΩΡΙΣ ραντεβού στον ιατρό και πως απλώς τηλεφώνησα να ρωτήσω εάν μπορεί να με εξυπηρετήσει. Ήταν απίστευτα αγενής και μου υπονόησε πως έλεγα και ψέματα ότι το ραντεβού ήταν επείγον, λέγοντας μου πως «όλοι αυτό λέτε». Ο κύριος αυτός λοιπόν έχασε μια πολύ καλή πελάτισσα, μιας και εγώ δεν οδηγώ και θα χρειάζομαι κάποιο ταξί να με μεταφέρει συχνά με το σκυλάκι. Για τον τρόπο που μίλησε σε έναν ανημέρωτο, καλοπροαίρετο και ευγενή άνθρωπο και το πόσο νευρικός και θρασύτατος ήταν δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να διαλέξω ποτέ αυτήν την εταιρεία. I was told that there was PetTaxi and they gave me the phone, I went straight and talked to a terribly aggressive and rude man, who remarked and preached to me that I called him at the last minute, that 20 minutes ago he was at the doctor's office and now he was gone. and how I think I'm waiting for the taxi to come right away. I was shocked and explained that the phone was given to me by the doctor and that I did not even know that there was such a service, that the incident was urgent WITHOUT an appointment with the doctor and that I just called to ask if he could help me. He was incredibly rude and hinted to me that I was lying and that the appointment was urgent, telling me "everyone says that". So this gentleman lost a very good client, since I do not drive and I will need a taxi to take me often with the dog. For the way he spoke to an uninformed, well-meaning and noble man and how nervous and brazen he was there is no way I can ever choose this company.

Η οδήγηση νορμάλ χωρίς απρόοπτα. και το αυτοκίνητο άριστων προδιαγραφών.Το κλουβί μεταφοράς του σκύλου μου πεντακάθαρο και σε χώρο με κλιματισμό και αέρα γενικά. Επίσης υπάρχουν προστατευτικά για τον ήλιο πάνω από το κλουβί. Η συμπεριφορά προς το ζωντανό άψογη. Φθάσαμε στην ώρα μας με μικρές απαραίτητες στάσεις. Σίγουρα θα το σύστημα και σε άλλους Accurate, detailed service. The car is comfortable, with air conditioning, windows with sun protection equipment. Driving normally without surprises. and the car of excellent specifications. My dog's transport cage is spotless and in an area with air conditioning and air in general.
