★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο καιρός που κάποιος επέλεγε αυτοκίνητο από τις σελίδες ενός περιοδικού ή φυλλαδίου έχει παρέλθει γι'αυτό και πολλές εταιρείες έχουν εξελίξει τα test drive τους. Δίνουν τα οχήματα χωρίς συνοδεία και η επιλογή της διαδρομής είναι στο χέρι του υποψηφίου πελάτη. Η Peugeot στη Θεσσαλονίκη αρνείται πεισματικά σε σημείο που καταντά ύποπτο.
Μετά την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από την Peugeot Γιαννίρης, απευθύνθηκα στην αντιπροσωπεία του κ. Αδαμίδη διότι μου άρεσε πολύ το 208 και ήθελα να το οδηγήσω για να καταλάβω τη συμπεριφορά του. Αλίμονο όμως, διότι το test drive ήταν με τον πωλητή στο πίσω κάθισμα ενώ η διαδρομή ήταν από την αντιπροσωπεία έως τα ΤΕΙ και πίσω. Η εν λόγω διαδρομή είναι μήκους 7,5 χιλιομέτρων στην Εθνική οδό Θεσσαλονίκης - Αθήνας δηλαδή μια ευθεία και ένας ανισόπεδος κόμβος. Μου είπαν ότι μπορούν να φέρουν το αυτοκίνητο στο σπίτι μου για να το δω από κοντά και να ελέγξω αν χωράει στη θέση πάρκινγκ μου. Όταν όμως ρώτησα εάν μπορώ να οδηγήσω εγώ από την αντιπροσωπεία έως το σπίτι μου η απάντηση ήταν εμφατικά αρνητική. Επιπλέον, κατά τη διάρκεια της δεκάλεπτης διαδρομής έως την είσοδο των ΤΕΙ ο πωλητής έγινε πιεστικός δίνοντας συνεχώς εντολές για τον τρόπο οδήγησης του αυτοκινήτου με αποτέλεσμα τελικά να μη μπορέσω να καταλάβω τίποτα για την οδηγική συμπεριφορά του.
Αποτέλεσμα, απέρριψα το 208 και αγόρασα άλλο αυτοκίνητο γιατί αρνούμαι να αγοράσω αυτοκίνητο που δε "γνωρίζω".
Μετά από μερικές εβδομάδες επικοινώνησε μαζί μου εκπρόσωπος από το τμήμα marketing της αντιπροσωπείας και της μετέφερα τις εμπειρίες μου. Το ενδιαφέρον που έδειξε με κάνει να ελπίζω ότι η Peugeot στην πόλη μας ίσως να σκεφτεί να αναθεωρήσει τις πρακτικές της.
The time someone chose a car from the pages of a magazine or booklet is over and many companies have developed their test drives. They give the vehicles unaccompanied and the choice of route is up to the prospective customer. Peugeot in Thessaloniki refuses stubbornly to the point where it becomes suspicious.
After the unacceptable behavior by Peugeot Gianniris, I went to Mr Adamidis' delegation because I liked 208 and wanted to drive it to understand his behavior. But alas, because the test drive was with the seller in the back seat while the route was from the dealership to TEI and back. This route is 7.5 kilometers long on the Thessaloniki - Athens National Road, ie a straight and level junction. I was told that they could bring the car to my house to see it closely and check to see if it fit into my parking position. But when I asked if I could drive from the agency to my home, the answer was emphatically negative. In addition, during the ten-minute journey to the entrance of the TEIs, the seller became pressured by constantly giving instructions on how to drive the car so that I could not understand anything about his driving behavior.
As a result, I turned 208 and bought another car because I refuse to buy a car I do not know.
A few weeks later a representative from the marketing department of the agency contacted me and shared my experiences. The interest it has shown me makes me hope that Peugeot in our city might think about revising its practices.
