 Unfortunately the prosciutto pizza with baby rocket that I got if it was salted would have less salt !!!

Ήταν μία πολύ βασική αλλά ικανοποιητική πίτσα. Αν και ήρθε με delivery από περίπου 2km δεν είχε σχεδόν καθόλου flop. Η σωστή επιλογή τυριού (αν και πάλι, δεν ηταν κάποιου είδους premium mozzarella) την έκανε ελαφριά χωρίς "λάδια" (δηλαδή λίπη). Η sauce ήταν λίγο μέτρια σε γεύση, αν και σε αναλογίες σε σχέση με ζύμη και τυρί ήταν σωστή, αλλά έπρεπε να υπάρχει η επιλογή να μην υπάρχουν ντοματινια. Η ζύμη είχε πολύ καλό undercarriage και γενικά ακολούθησε τα σωστά new york style μονοπάτια.
Bonus points για το ότι είχε επιλογή buffala mozzarella και γιατί είναι απίστευτα δύσκολο να βρει κανείς μια εντάξει new york style pizza στην Θεσσαλονίκη.
Margarita, delivery.
It was a very basic but satisfying pizza. Although it came with a delivery of about 2km it had almost no flop. The right choice of cheese (although again, it was not some kind of premium mozzarella) made it light without "oils" (ie fats). The sauce was a bit mediocre in taste, although in proportions in relation to dough and cheese it was correct, but there had to be a choice not to have cherry tomatoes. The dough had a very good undercarriage and generally followed the correct new york style paths.
Bonus points for having a buffala mozzarella selection and why it is incredibly difficult to find an ok new york style pizza in Thessaloniki.
