★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω πως μπορώ να κάνω αυθημερόν παραγγελία και μου είπαν ότι γίνεται και τηλεφωνικά και από το Website τους και απλά να το γράψω στα σχόλια ότι θέλω αυθημερόν παράδοση όπως και έκανα. Καταχωρήθηκε η παραγγελία και τους πήρα πάλι τηλέφωνο στις 12:30 για να τους πω ότι έγινε η παραγγελία ο αριθμός παραγγελίας είναι ο τάδε και να στείλουν το πακέτο σίγουρα αυθημερόν, η κοπέλα είπε οκ ότι στις 13:00 περνουν να τα παραλαβουν. Μέχρι το μεσημέρι όμως δεν έλαβα καν από τον κούριερ κάποια ειδοποίηση /email και επικοινώνησα ξανά μαζί τους τηλεφωνικά. Προφανώς και δεν έστειλαν καν το δέμα και μου είπαν και καλά θα σταλεί την επόμενη εργάσιμη μέρα που θα πήγαινε αναγκαστικά την Δευτέρα. Ούτε ένα συγγνώμη δεν ζήτησαν γιατί το λάθος ήταν καθαρά δικό τους και με ανάγκασαν να ψάχνω άτομο να υποχρεώνομαι για να μου φέρει τα φάρμακα στο σπίτι αφού πήγε να τα παραλάβει από το φαρμακειο τους μετά από συνεννόηση. Πολύ κακη εξυπηρέτηση. Αν δεν είχα δικό μου άνθρωπο θα έμενα χωρίς φάρμακα ολο το σαββατοκύριακο. Ανευθυνότητα πλήρης.
 I called them to ask how I can place an order the same day and they told me that it can be done by phone and from their Website and just write it in the comments that I want same day delivery as I did. The order was registered and I called them again at 12:30 to tell them that the order was made, the order number is this and they should definitely send the package on the same day, the girl said ok that at 13:00 they pass to pick them up. Until noon, however, I did not even receive any notification / email from the courier and I contacted them again by phone. Obviously they did not even send the parcel and they told me that it will be sent well the next working day which would have to go on Monday. They did not apologize because the mistake was purely theirs and they forced me to look for someone to force me to bring the medicine home after he went to pick it up from their pharmacy after consultation. Very poor service. If I did not have my own man I would be without medication all weekend. Irresponsibility is complete.

Would never buy from them again.
