v	vreee oust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι άυλες συνταγές δεν εκτελούνται μπροστά στην υποδοχή. Αλλά κατεβαίνουν κάτω στις σκάλες και λογικά τις διαχειρίζεται άλλο άτομο... Για διαβητολογικά υλικά η πρώτη άυλη συνταγή εκτελέστηκε με λάθος ποσότητες. Δεν τσέκαρε κανείς πληροφορίες αλλά και τι δικαιούμαι;;; ΟΚ λέω, τους διορθώνω παίρνω τις σωστές ποσότητες και φεύγω. Στη δεύτερη άυλη συνταγή ξαναπηγαίνω, δίνω τους κωδικούς και μου λένε ότι εκτέλεσα την συνταγή μου σε άλλο φαρμακείο!!! Προσπάθησα να τους εξηγήσω ότι δεν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο αλλά η φαρμακοποιός είχε ύφος του στυλ "με καθυστερείς - επόμενος πελάτης παρακαλωωώ". Εννοείται πως πέντε λεπτά αργότερα την εκτέλεσα σε κοντινό φαρμακείο στην Αγίων Σαράντα . Με ευγένεια, χωρίς καθυστερήσεις και λάθος πληροφορίες. Άψογος αντικαταστάτης σε χρόνο μηδέν! Intangible recipes are not performed in front of the reception. But they go down the stairs and are logically managed by another person ... For diabetic materials the first intangible recipe was executed in the wrong quantities. Nobody checked information but what am I entitled to ??? I say OK, I correct them, I get the right quantities and I leave. I go to the second intangible prescription again, I give the codes and they tell me that I executed my prescription in another pharmacy !!! I tried to explain to them that this was not the case but the pharmacist had a "with a late - next customer please" style. Of course, five minutes later I executed her at a nearby pharmacy in Agioi Saranda. With courtesy, without delays and wrong information. Flawless replacement in no time!
K	Konstantinos Karanastasis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε όλα εξαιρετικοί το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι κάθε φορά που έρχομαι περιμένω στην ουρά, με ολους τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες να είναι φουλ δυσαρεστημένοι από την κατάσταση αφού υπάρχει μόλις 1 άτομο σε ώρες αιχμής να εξυπηρετεί και αυτό αυξάνει στο έπακρο την ώρα αναμονής των υπολοίπων. Μεγάλο αρνητικό και πρέπει να διορθωθεί άμεσα (έχει τύχει να φύγω από την ουρά, να έχω πάει σε άλλο φαρμακείο και ο μπροστινος μου να λέει ακριβως το ίδιο φουλ ενοχλημενος). Αυτή η κατάσταση κοστίζει 2 ολόκληρα αστέρια! In all excellent the only negative is that every time I come I wait in line, with all the other customers being completely dissatisfied with the situation since there is only 1 person in peak hours to serve and this increases to the maximum the waiting time of the rest. Big negative and needs to be corrected immediately (I happened to leave the queue, I went to another pharmacy and the one in front of me said exactly the same thing annoyed). This situation costs 2 whole stars!

Η παραγγελία μου ήταν μόνο ένα ντεμακιγιάζ ματιων και παρέλαβα απίστευτα πολλά δείγματα και σχετικά με κρεμες χεριων που είχα ζητήσει και ευχαριστήριο σημείωμα!!! Τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση, ευχαριστώ πολύ! I have no words I ordered Thursday night, just received (Tuesday noon). My order was just an eye make-up remover and I received an incredible number of samples and about hand creams that I had requested and a thank you note !!! Perfect service, thank you very much!

Παρήγγειλα ένα πιεσόμετρο και παρότι έφτασε στην Θεσσαλονίκη δεν μπόρεσα να το παραλάβω λόγω κάποιων συνθηκών.Τους γύρισε πίσω το προϊόν και το έστειλαν εκ νέου προκειμένου να το παραλάβω. Επιπροσθέτως, μαζί με το προϊόν παρέλαβα πολλά δειγματακια. Excellent! I ordered a sphygmomanometer and although it arrived in Thessaloniki I could not pick it up due to some circumstances. The product was returned to them and they sent it again in order to pick it up. In addition, I received many samples with the product.
