★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρέτηση άμεση και ενημέρωση σχετικά με παραγγελία πού κάνε η σύζυγος. Δυστυχώς ακυρώθηκε λόγω ελλείψεως από προμηθευτή. Σίγουρα όμως θα το προτιμήσω ξανά σε ονλαιν αγορά διότι υπήρχε ενημέρωση και φυσικά άμεση επίλυση του προβλήματος με εναλλακτικές επιλογές.
 Immediate service and information about the order made by the wife. Unfortunately it was canceled due to lack of supplier. But I will definitely prefer it again in the online market because there was information and of course immediate solution to the problem with alternative options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση ...ακόμα και σε εφημερία 3 ώρα το ξημέρωμα σήκωσαν τηλέφωνο και εξυπηρέτησαν πολύ καλά !!!!
Very good service ... even on duty 3 hours in the morning they picked up the phone and served very well !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση. πηρα 3 φορες τηλεφωνο μετα απο μια βδομαδα που εκανα κ πληρωσα την παραγγελεια μου, μου ζητησαν το τηλ μου να με καλεσουν αυτοι λογω αυξημενης κινησης και δεν με πηραν ποτε. τα προιοντα που φαινοταν διαθεσιμα τελικα δεν ηταν κ μου εστειλαν αλλο παρομοιο το οποιο ηταν φθηνοτερο αλλα ουτε λογος για επιστροφη της διαφορας. πληρης ελειψη επαγγελματισμου και επικοινωνιας.
unacceptable service. I got a phone call 3 times after a week I did and I paid for my order, they asked me for my phone to be called by them due to increased traffic and they never got me. the products that seemed to be available in the end were not and they sent me another similar one which was cheaper but no reason to return the difference. complete lack of professionalism and communication.
