★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ αγενείς και καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί. Από το τηλέφωνο κιόλας ζήτησα μία απλή πληροφορία για το ωράριο και την τοποθεσία του φαρμακείου και ο υπάλληλος με ειρωνεύτηκε. Από κοντά υπήρχε η ίδια αντιμετώπιση και το ίδιο ύφος. Αν δεν ήταν επιτακτική ανάγκη δεν θα πήγαινα.
Too rude and not at all helpful. I just asked for a simple phone number and pharmacy location on the phone, and the staff member called me a jerk. Close up there was the same approach and the same style. If it wasn't an imperative I wouldn't go.

I asked for sterile gauze of a certain size and they gave me smaller non-sterile ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο ίντερνετ έδειχνε ότι έχουν εφημερία και ευτυχώς πήρα να επιβεβαιώσω γιατί λόγω εργασίας δεν μπορούσα να πάω σε ώρες καταστημάτων και μου μίλησε ένας κύριος με πολύ ύφος λέγοντας μου ότι "δεν ειμαστε ζώα να καθόμαστε όλη μέρα" ενώ εγώ ούτε υπονοησα ούτε φυσικά είπα κάτι τέτοιο απλά πήρα να επιβεβαιώσω αν όντως ισχύει. Απλά απαράδεκτο. Με λυπει να υπάρχουν τέτοια άτομα σε τέτοιους είδους ευαίσθητες επιχειρήσεις ειδικά όταν υπάρχει ανάγκη. Ένα αστέρι έως και κανένα αν είχα τη δυνατότητα να βάλω.
On the internet it showed that they are on duty and fortunately I got to confirm why due to work I could not go to store hours and a gentleman spoke to me in a very polite way saying "we are not animals to sit all day" while I neither implied nor of course said such a thing I just got to confirm if it really is. Just unacceptable. I am sorry to have such people in such sensitive businesses especially when there is a need. A star up to none if I had the opportunity to put.
