Η κυρία που είναι σε μεγάλη ηλικία και εξυπηρετεί το κοινό είναι άσχετη και κακόπροεραιτη.. A very nice place spotless! The only bad thing is that they only look at you like a wallet! The lady who is old and serves the public is irrelevant and ill-intentioned.

D	Dora K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα με συνταγή, το τονίζω, να πάρω 2 κουτιά φαρμάκων (με λιανική τιμή 6,88 € το καθένα, η οποία τιμή υπήρχε πάνω στα κουτιά, αλλά ακριβώς η ίδια υπήρχε και στο site Γαληνός ) κι ένα κουτί προβιοτικά, που είχε αναγραφόμενη τιμή με αυτοκόλλητο 17€ , το έψαξα και στο skroutz η τιμή ξεκινούσε με 17€. Πλήρωσα στο φαρμακείο 30 € (+ 10 € για την συνταγογράφηση =40 €!!!!) Υπέθεσα, ότι απλά θα έκαναν λάθος στο φαρμακείο και τους τηλεφώνησα. Κανένα λάθος κατά την άποψη τους. Το προβιοτικό, παρά το αυτοκόλλητο, στο σκανάρισμα λέει έβγαινε κάπου 22 € και 8 € (!) η συμμετοχή στα φάρμακα !!! Χωρίς συνταγή, σε άλλο φαρμακείο, πιο φτηνά θα μου ερχόταν I went with a prescription, I emphasize, to get 2 boxes of drugs (with a retail price of € 6.88 each, which price was on the boxes, but exactly the same was on the Galinos site) and a box of probiotics, which had a listed price with sticker 17 €, I looked it up and at skroutz the price started with 17 €. Γ	ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ ΚΑΡΑΛΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι εκ γενετής κωφό άτομο και επισκέφθηκα το φαρμακείο σας σήμερα το πρωί 08/05/21, προκειμένου να προμηθευτώ self-test, ώστε να πάω στη δουλειά μου τη Δευτέρα. Καθώς τόσο εγώ όσο και εσείς φορούσατε μάσκα, ευγενικά σας εξήγησα και σας ζήτησα να κατεβάσετε λίγο τη μάσκα, ώστε να συνεννοηθώ μέσω χειλανάγνωσης. Ωστόσο, δεν δείξατε την παραμικρή διάθεση να κατανοήσετε την ιδιαιτερότητά μου και να με βοηθήσετε. Μου είπατε απότομα και σύντομα πέντε έξι κουβέντες τις οποίες ένα κωφό άτομο -όπως κάθε νοήμων και κοινωνικά ευαίσθητος άνθρωπος θα καταλάβαινε- δεν θα αντιλαμβανόταν. Είναι το λιγότερο απογοητευτικό επαγγελματίες του χώρου της υγείας να δείχνουν τέτοια απαξίωση και μη διάθεση συνεργασίας με άτομα Αμεα. Λυπάμαι που εν έτει 2021 και εν μέσω πανδημίας πρέπει εγώ να διεκδικήσω τα θεσμοθετημένα δικαιώματά μου και τον σεβασμό που δικαιούμαι. Ελπίζω στο μέλλον να μη χρειαστεί άλλο άτομο με αναπηρίες να επισημάνει την ανάγκη για ενσυναίσθηση και κοινωνική ανθρωπιά. I am a deaf person by birth and I visited your pharmacy this morning 08/05/21, in order to get a self-test, to go to work on Monday. As both you and I wore a mask, I politely explained to you and asked you to lower the mask a little, so that I could communicate through lip-reading. However, you did not show the slightest willingness to understand my particularity and help me. You told me abruptly and quickly five or six conversations that a deaf person - as any intelligent and socially sensitive person would understand - would not understand. It is the least frustrating for health professionals to show such disrespect and unwillingness to work with people with disabilities. I am sorry that in the year 2021 and in the midst of a pandemic I must claim my institutional rights and the respect I deserve. I hope that in the future there will be no need for another person with disabilities to point out the need for empathy and social humanity.
T	Tolis Palas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στις 18 Φεβρουαρίου στις 20:30 να κάνω ένα ραπιντ τεστ για να μπορέσω να πετάξω την επόμενη μέρα αλλά δεν δηλώθηκε ποτε με απότελσμα να χρειαστεί να αλλάξω την πτήση με επιβάρυνση δικιά μου των 120€. Αφού ενημέρωσα το φαρμακείο για το όλο θέμα πέρασα από εκεί να το συζητήσουμε λέγοντας μου δικαιολογίες ότι κόλλησε το σύστημα η το ότι δεν έπρεπε να φύγω αφού τους άφησα το αμκα μου. Τους είπα να βρούμε μια λύση λέγοντας μου να το δηλώσουμε τώρα το τεστ χωρίς να καταλαβαίνουν το τι έχει γίνει. Στο τέλος μου είπαν ότι το μόνο που μπορούν να κάνουν είναι να μου δωσουν τα λεφτά του ραπιντ πίσω. Τελείως αγενείς χωρίς να δείξουν ίχνος συμπόνοιας για το ζήτημα μου και ούτε να τους ενδιαφέρει. Completely rude without showing any sympathy for my issue and not even caring.
