Δ	Δήμητρα Λαγουδάκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ απογοητευμένη από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Για να ενημερωθώ για μια παραγγελία που είχα κάνει μέσω του eshop και καθυστερούσε κάλεσα τουλάχιστον 20 φορές. Κάθε φορά έμπαινα σε αναμονή, μετά από 4 λεπτά έπεφτε πάντα η γραμμή και αναγκαζόμουν να ξανακαλέσω χάνοντας τη σειρά μου. Επίσης συνεργάζονται με τη speedex η οποία λόγω μεγάλου φόρτου εργασίας κρατάνε το πακέτο στις αποθήκες τους εδώ και μια εβδομάδα και δεν έχει γίνει κανένας προγραμματισμός για την παράδοσή του. Τελικά αφού δεν μπόρεσα να βγάλω άκρη ούτε με το φαρμακείο ούτε με την courier αναγκάστηκα να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία και να ζητήσω τα χρήματα μου πίσω, τα οποία θα πάρω όταν η Speedex αποφασίσει να επιστρέψει το πακέτο στο φαρμακείο.... Very disappointed with the call center. To find out about an order I had placed through the eshop and it was late I called at least 20 times. Every time I went on standby, after 4 minutes the line always dropped and I had to call again, losing my turn. They are also working with speedex, which due to a large workload has been keeping the package in their warehouses for a week and no delivery has been planned. Eventually, since I could not get rid of either the pharmacy or the courier, I had to cancel the order and ask for my money back, which I will get when Speedex decides to return the package to the pharmacy ....
S	Sotirios Panagopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από συνεργασία ενός χρόνου που είμαι πελάτισσα με παραγγελίες ανα 2-3 μηνες το λιγότερο των 100€. Η αντιμετώπιση της εταιρείας είναι το λιγότερο απαξιωτική. Δίνω την παραγγελία Τριτη βράδυ και Τεταρτη πρωί παίρνω τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω αν μπορώ να προσθέσω κάτι. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν γίνεται και ότι η παραγγελία έχει ήδη δρομολογηθεί. Περιμένοντας την παραγγελία, η παραγγελία πουθενά. Τρίτη ξανά παίρνω τηλέφωνο γιατί μπαίνοντας μέσα έλεγε «υπό επεξεργασία». Παίρνω τηλέφωνο μου λένε ότι ήταν σε έλλειψη το ένα προϊόν και ότι αν ήθελα με κάτι να το αντικαταστήσουμε. Τους λέω ότι εγώ δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση και συζητάμε για την αντικατάσταση. Μου λέει δεν μπορώ να ολοκληρώσω γιατί το σύστημα έχει κολλήσει θα σας καλέσω σε λίγο πίσω. Καλώντας με πίσω με ενημερώνει ότι το προϊόν βρέθηκε και ότι αν το ήθελα ακόμη και η απάντηση μου ήταν φυσικά και να προσθέσω και κάτι ακόμα που χρειαζόμουν. Και η απάντηση σε συνέχεια ήταν ότι δεν γίνεται να το κάνουμε αυτό. Λυπάμαι αλλά πως τη μια στιγμή μπορείς να το κανείς και την άλλη όχι και ειδικότερα όταν πρόκειται για πελάτη σου που εννοείται σου λέει για την χρέωση ότι θα γίνει κατευθείαν όπως τους εξυπηρετεί αυτούς και όταν αυτό γίνεται γενικά στις ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίες γενικά. Τους είπα ότι είναι η τελευταία φορά που ψωνίζω γιατί δεν μου αρέσει ο τροπος αντιμετωπισης και η απάντηση ήταν ένα εντάξει. Οταν έφτασε το δέμα εννοείται ούτε λόγος για δειγμα μέσα ή το οτιδήποτε που να δείχνει ότι έχουν κάνει λάθος. After a year of cooperation I am a customer with orders every 2-3 months at least € 100. The treatment of the company is the least disparaging. I place the order Tuesday night and Wednesday morning I get a phone call to ask if I can add something. The answer was that it is not possible and that the order has already been launched. Waiting for the order, the order nowhere. I tell them that I did not have any information and we are discussing the replacement. He tells me I can not finish because the system is stuck I will call you back soon. Calling me back he informs me that the product was found and that if I wanted it even my answer was of course to add something else that I needed. And the answer then was that it is not possible to do that. I'm sorry but that one moment you can do it and the other not, especially when it comes to your customer who of course tells you about the charge that it will be done directly as it serves them and when this is done in general online orders in general. I told them it's the last time I go shopping because I do not like the way it is treated and the answer was ok. When the parcel arrived there was no reason to sample inside or anything that showed they were wrong.

Το χειρότερο κατάστημα που έχω ψωνίσει ποτέ μέσω Internet!! 03/01/22 ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ (ετοιμοπαράδοτο) 11/01/22 Το έδωσαν στην ΚΟΥΡΙΕΡ! 21/01/22 Λάβαμε ενημέρωση ότι θα γίνει η παράδοση αφού πρώτα είχαμε στείλει email ακύρωσης καθώς ήταν προϊόν ανάγκης και δεν μπορούσε να καθυστερήσει άλλο! Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι στο Τηλ. κέντρο δεν απαντάνε ποτέ καμία ώρα, καμία ημέρα ώστε να συνεννοηθούμε. Πάντα κλείνει η γραμμή ενώ ήδη έχεις περιμένει 5-10 λεπτά στην αναμονή !!! Με χίλια ζόρια κατάφερα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους μέσω FB αλλά και πάλι έστελναν μία απάντηση, δεν ολοκληρώνουμε την κουβέντα και μετά απαντάνε πάλι την επόμενη ημέρα χωρίς πάλι να τελειώνουν το θέμα και να δίνουν λύση ώστε να πρέπει να ξανά ασχοληθείς μαζί τους. Το ίδιο ισχύει και στην Κούριερ που συνεργάζονται- καμία απάντηση στο τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο. 25/01/22 Δεν έχω λάβει ακόμα email ακύρωσης παραγγελίας και φυσικά email ενημέρωσης για επιστροφή των χρημάτων. Θα δούμε πως θα εξελιχθεί. JUST UNACCEPTABLE !!!! The worst store I have ever shopped on the Internet !! 03/01/22 ORDER (ready to deliver) 11/01/22 They gave it to the COURIER! 21/01/22 We received information that the delivery will take place after we had first sent a cancellation email as it was a product of necessity and could not be delayed anymore! The problem is that in Tel. center never answer any time, no day to communicate. The line always closes while you have already waited 5-10 minutes waiting !!! With a thousand efforts I managed to contact them via FB but again they sent an answer, we do not finish the conversation and then they answer again the next day without finishing the topic again and giving a solution so that you have to deal with them again. The same goes for the Couriers they work with - no response to their call center. 25/01/22 I have not yet received an order cancellation email and of course a notification email for a refund. We will see how it develops.

My package came fast and the fragile products were fully covered in bubble wrap so they don’t break. I would have loved to have 2-3 testers instead of 1 for a 50€ order, but it’s ok.
