★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated kindly but poorly. I placed an order on their webshop. I go there to get it. The employee says it is not ready (it was their fault), and that I have to go there again tomorrow. I protest and I say that I live far away in the outskirts. She says that orders are being prepared in the shop next door and there is nothing that she can do. I believe that it was no big deal for them to get my order prepared. All the items I had ordered were available and to say the least this was their fault. They made me do 40km more to get my order.
If I hadn't paid already I would have cancelled my order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered more than two weeks ago and I had the feeling it will never arrive. I called multiple times without success until I finally reached someone who was quite unfriendly. I called again today again and I spoke with a nicer lady who apologized and explained the situation. She also called the transportation company and the package finally arrived. Yes, it was solved and I thank the lady who called today but still it wasn't a great online shopping experience.
