★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice, have a pool and it is 10 min to the beach. Unfortunately in our room the air conditioner was not working and it was really hot, when we open the window the people in bar were too loud and we couldn’t sleep well. In general you can hear everything going on in the hotel. The next day when we complain the only answer we got was OK :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotless, neat, good sized rooms, welcoming; lovely staff, good breakfast, beautiful pool and terrace area. Nothing not to like, and because it doesn't have a high star rating it was much nicer than we had anticipated. We will definitely be going back, for a longer stay next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The pool is divine, the atmosphere friendly, staff are wonderful and the location is perfect for the beautiful Kalamaki and Komos beaches. This hotel is run by a warm family, who welcome all. On our last night the owner threw a party for all the guests, he cooked amazing food in his wood oven. He does this regularly for guests. Such a perfect place for a family holiday with a true Cretan atmosphere..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with my 2 children in a triple room.
The rooms was rather small but nice ad clean.
The balcony was over viewing the street and at time noisy.
The bathroom was fine but the shower box small (i am not big).
The pool was large and clean and the area around very well kept.
The hotel has the resort feeling which is not my style.
The clientele was mainly German and the staff spoke better German then english.
I was even welcome with a "guten tag"; it is fine when I am in Germany but in Greece I like something more authentic.
The best place to stay in Kalamaki.
