★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ζητούσαν να καταθέσω την εγγύηση του διαμερίσματος στο τραπεζικό τους λογαριασμό αντί για το λογαριασμό του ιδιοκτήτη, χωρίς να αναφέρεται στους όρους του συμβολαίου. Όταν ζήτησα να προστεθεί στους όρους η σχετική εντολή του ιδιοκτήτη, μου είπαν ότι είμαι ακατάλληλος για το διαμέρισμα.
They asked me to deposit the apartment guarantee in their bank account instead of the owner's account, without mentioning the terms of the contract. When I asked for the relevant order of the owner to be added to the terms, I was told that I was unsuitable for the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να αποφύγετε αυτο το γραφείο! Η συμπεριφορά του συγκεκριμένου μεσίτη ( Κ. Νίκος Χιώτης) ήταν απαράδεκτη.
κλείσαμε ραντεβού για να δούμε ένα διαμέρισμα το Σάββατο το πρωί στις 11. Ήρθαμε στις 10.40 τον είδαμε μας είπε ότι είναι νωρίς και μετά εξαφανίστηκε ο κύριος σας . Στις 11.15 τον πήραμε τηλέφωνο και μας ανακοίνωσε ότι διαμέρισμα πουλήθηκε και εμείς και καλά φύγαμε από κει.
Να προσέχετε οποιαδήποτε συναλλαγή μαζί του.
Avoid this office! The behavior of this broker (K. Nikos Chiotis) was unacceptable.
We made an appointment to see an apartment on Saturday morning at 11. We came at 10.40 we saw him he told us it was early and then your master disappeared. At 11.15 we called him and he informed us that an apartment had been sold and we left well.
Beware of any transaction with him.
