★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and well maintained place, the prices are decent and you have all the essentials provided. There's no breakfast included (or any food) but the busy central streets of Sarti are only a few minutes away - close enough to be convenient yet just far enough away so you're not bothered by loud tourist crowds. Parking may be tricky, as there are no parkplaces on the premises but parking on the street is possible and there are couple of small parkings within 5 minutes walking distance. Parking is free there.

- A new and clean building;
- The rooms are modernly furnished and decorated;
- The kitchenette is very useful and full with everything you need (including a right sized fridge);
- Very clean rooms (and they were cleaned once every 2-3 days);
- Close to main shopping areas and taverns;
- The windows had both blinds and drapery, and also a net for mosquitoes;
Bad:
- The bathroom and the shower cabin are too small;
- The 2 person room can be a little too cramped due to the additional sofa (which I think nobody will use except for putting luggages on it);

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, perfect location and friendly hosts. The prices are good. There are no meals included but there's a kitchen box in the rooms, as well as a nice terrace. The building is treated against mosquitos every night with a specially designed system. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, close to the centre of Sarti, yet isolated. The room was cozy with everything you need for a few days. The place was clean and well maintained. The hosts are friendly, yet pretty loud at times. Great value for money overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We had a comfortable studio, well equipped with everything needed, good location. The host is very nice and friendly.. Negative: You could easily hear the neighbours in the other studios. Use earplugs if you want to sleep longer than the other guests ?. Bathroom is a bit small..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing excelling for this studio, but it has everything needed - small balcony, built-in kitchen, AC, TV, etc. The studios also have a very good WiFi, which is rare around here.
The location is very good, it is very close to the center of the village, but is on a quiet street. There are excellent restaurants a couple of minutes away.
Tanya is a very warm and welcoming host. Also worth mentioning is that she keeps all covid precautions. In that regard, you should explicitly request cleaning of your room, as per the local guidance.
One thing that bothered us during our stay - the hosts live in the same building and they tend to be very noisy at times. The quiet hours are kept, but this is what makes the score less than 5.
Overall, place is ok, good value for money, noisy during the day, comfortable location.
