Ψάχνω μέσω skroutz και βγάζει πως είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμο στο καταστημα, την επόμενη μέρα κιόλας πηγαίνω να το αγοράσω στο κατάστημα στην Αγίου Δημητρίου. Μου λένε πως δεν το έχουν διαθέσιμο αλλά υπάρχει στο αλλο καταστημα. Πηγαίνω εκεί τους ρωταω, ψάχνουν 5-10 λεπτά και με ενημερώνουν πως δεν το έχουν το καλώδιο. Απαίσια επικοινωνία μεταξύ των καταστημάτων και το ένα κατάστημα δεν το βρίσκεις άμα δεν σου πει κάποιος που βρισκεται. I'm looking for a cable. I search through skroutz and it turns out that it is immediately available in the store, the next day I go to buy it in the store in Agios Dimitrios. They tell me they do not have it available but it is in the other store. I go there I ask them, they search for 5-10 minutes and they inform me that they do not have the cable. Poor communication between stores and you can not find one store unless someone tells you where it is.

Δημιουργήθηκε ένα πρόβλημα σε μια παραγγελία μου από πλατφόρμα που συνεργάζονται και τα παιδια στο τηλέφωνο ήταν υπέρ το δεον ευγενικά, κατάλαβαν το πρόβλημα, κινήθηκαν άμεσα και αποκατέστησαν το ζήτημα σε χρόνο dt. Ευγένεια και σεβασμός στον πελάτη. Θα ξανααγοράσω από το κατάστημα και ασφαλως τώρα πια που γνώρισα το site κατευθείαν απο εδώ και όχι από άλλη πλατφόρμα. Δε γνωρίζω τα ονόματά τους αλλα ευχαριστω το αγόρι και την κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο που ήταν με τόση κατανόηση δίπλα μου. Καλες γιορτές. Professionalism is the word I will use to evaluate the store. There was a problem with my order from a co-working platform and the kids on the phone were kind enough to understand the problem, move on immediately and fix the issue in dt time. Courtesy and respect for the customer. I will buy again from the store and of course now that I met the site directly from here and not from another platform. I do not know their names but I thank the boy and the girl on the phone who were so understanding next to me. Happy Holidays.

Μετά από 10' είχα ήδη ενημερωθεί μέσω email αλλά και τηλεφωνικά ότι η παραγγελία μου έχει ολοκληρωθεί και είναι έτοιμη για παραλαβή . Απιστευτη εξυπηρέτηση. Τα κορίτσια άκρως εξυπηρετικά , με βοήθησαν σε ότι απορία είχα I placed an order upon receipt from the store of Bishop Ambrosios 5! After 10 'I was already informed via email and by phone that my order has been completed and is ready for receipt. Incredible service. The girls were very helpful, they helped me with any questions I had
