L	L. S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτες φωτογραφίες από την πρώτη μέχρι την τελευταία. Οι μισές κουνημένες και οι υπόλοιπες υπερφωτισμένες σε βαθμό τα πρόσωπα να είναι άσπρα και να μη φαίνονται τα χαρακτηριστικά. Στο site αναγράφεται ότι οι φωτογραφίες που θα παραλάβεις ουδεμία σχέση δε θα έχουν με αυτό που βλέπεις στο site διότι περνάνε από επεξεργασία πριν στις εκτυπώσουν. Πράγματι, τέτοια επεξεργασία (αυτόματο φίλτρο χωρίς καν να ελέγχουν αυτό που προκύπτει) που δε θα αναγνωρίζεις εάν είσαι εσύ στη φωτογραφία γιατί δε θα φαίνονται μύτη και μάτια από τον υπερφωτισμό! Επρόκειτο για φωτογραφίες από ορκωμοσία και δυστυχώς κατά την επιλογή τους για παραγγελία από το site λόγω του λογότυπου που υπάρχει σε όλη την επιφάνεια των φωτογραφιών καθώς και του μικρού μεγέθους δεν μπορείς να καταλάβεις το μέγεθος της αποτυχημένης λήψης, παρά μόνο όταν πλέον τις πάρεις στα χέρια σου. Κουνημένες σε σημείο να μη διαβάζονται τα γράμματα στο πτυχίο. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και με προέτρεψαν να τις στείλω πίσω για να τις διορθώσουν. Μετά από εκατοντάδες τηλέφωνα που τη μια ισχυρίζονταν οτι τις παρέλαβαν και τις επεξεργάζονται εκ νέου, την άλλη οτι δεν τις έχουν και ίσως δεν έχουν φτάσει ακόμη, την τρίτη δεν είχαν internet να επικοινωνήσουν με το εργαστήριο (γιατί μόνο μέσω email επικοινωνούσαν μεταξύ τους...) μετά από 3 περίπου εβδομάδες έλαβα πίσω τις φωτογραφίες που ήταν αν όχι χειρότερες, τουλάχιστον ίδιες με τις πρώτες. Αυτό που έκαναν ήταν να μειώσουν τη φωτεινότητα στις ΚΟΥΝΗΜΕΝΕΣ φωτογραφίες.... Αν δεν υπήρχε το GDPR θα τις επισύναπτα για να καταλάβετε το μέγεθος της κοροϊδίας... Τέλος, να σημειώσω οτι πλήρωσα 3€ επιπλέον των 5€ που είχε κάθε φωτογραφία για να την πάρω και ψηφιακά, μέγεθος ψηφιακής φωτογραφίας 0,7MB τη στιγμή που ακόμη και η selfie του κινητού μου τραβάει 3MB φωτογραφία. Μην κάνετε το λάθος και πετάξετε τα χρήματά σας, καλύτερα τραβήξτε φωτογραφίες με το κινητό σας, θα είναι εγγυημένα καλύτερες! Unacceptable photos from first to last. Βιαστικοί, άθλιος φωτισμός, σκιές στο προσωπο , θολες φωτογραφίες και παραμορφωμενες! Δυο φορές που πηγα σε ένα μήνα η ίδια απαραδεκτη κατάσταση! Πραγματικά μέχρι σήμερα θεωρουσα τους φωτογράφους καλλιτέχνες απλά με την εμπειρία στο συγκεκριμένο φωτογραφείο σας συνιστώ ότι σε αυτό τον χώρο υπάρχουν και φωτογράφοι που αντιμετωπίζουν την φωτογραφία σαν να σου βάζουν ένα κιλό ρεβυθια! Δεν έχω τίποτα με τα μπακάλικα και τους ανθρώπους που σου βάζουν ρεβυθια ίσα ίσα θεωρώ τους ανθρώπους που σου βάζουν ρεβυθια πιο μερακλήδες απο το συγκεκριμένο φωτογραφείο! A	Andreas Kondilis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε να εκτυπώσουμε 8 φωτογραφίες σε διαφορετικά μεγέθη, το αποτέλεσμα μέχρι και στις 3040 ήταν εξαιρετικό, οι 2 φωτογραφίες που ήταν 4050 που μας είπε ότι πρέπει να τις παραγγείλει κιόλας είναι θαμπές με γραμμές. Του είπαμε ότι το αποτέλεσμα δεν ήταν το αναμενόμενο και ότι φταίει το χαρτί , αλλά η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν ήταν καλή ανάλυση και ότι θα έπρεπε να είχαν τραβηχτεί από iphone για να είναι καλές και το κινητό είναι Samsung s9. Δεν δέχθηκε καμία προσπάθεια να κάνει για φωτογραφίες που μας χρέωσε 18 € την μία. Αντίεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και μετά λένε πως χάνουν πελάτες. Όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες που ανέβασα , οι γραμμές δεν έχουν να κάνουν με την ανάλυση της φωτογραφίας που είναι διπλή κάμερα στα 12 megapixel, η οποία ερωτήθηκε κατά την παραγγελία αν κάνει και η απάντηση ήταν έχουμε εκτύπωση και πολύ χειρότερη ανάλυση και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν μια χαρά. Προφανώς το χαρτί σε αυτές είναι άλλο με τις υπόλοιπες και κακής ποιότητας. Και προφανώς δεν είναι επαγγελματίας αυτός που δεν παραδέχεται το λάθος του και δεν κάνει άλλη μια προσπάθεια εκτύπωσης σε άλλο χαρτί ή δεν απαντάει ότι δεν μπορούμε να αναλάβουμε την εκτύπωση, διότι το αποτέλεσμα δεν θα είναι το επιθυμητό.
