I needed someone to help me strengthen my legs' muscles (in order to avoid a surgery) and return to my daily movements, and she proved to be the right person for that. She left me with the best impressions from the first session where she asked me a lot of things about my history, she examined me thoroughly and made me realize how scared I was because of my problem. I did clinical pilates with her for one year and from the first month I started seeing the difference in my life. Overall, I started walking longer distances, bending my knees, taking the stairs, and many more things that i hadn't done for years. Katerina is highly expertised but also a lovely and supportive human being. She is always there when I need her advice. Katerina thank you so so much for everything!
