Οι παραγγελίες καθυστερούν και γίνονται πολλές φορές λαθη. Προσπαθούν να σου πουλήσουν τα δικά τους τα οποία είναι και ακριβά και αναξιοπιστα..Νιωθεις ότι φευγεις σαν κυνηγημένος λόγω μεγάλης αναμονής. Προσωπικά ένα φαρμακείο θα έπρεπε να υποστηρίζει περισσότερο την φαρμακευτική φροντίδα από επιστήμονες- φαρμακοποιούς και μετά ο,τιδηποτε άλλο ..Μοιαζει περισσοτερο σαν ενα εμπόρικο κατάστημα και οχι ενα σοβαρό φαρμακείο!! A "quirky" pharmacy where you enter and see a staff running in panic to serve you or answer the phones without much knowledge of the products and medicines. Orders are delayed and mistakes are often made. They are trying to sell you theirs which are both expensive and unreliable..You feel like you are leaving as if chased due to a long wait. Personally, a pharmacy should be more supportive of pharmaceutical care by scientists-pharmacists and then everything else ..It looks more like a commercial store and not a serious pharmacy !!

Then when we purchased a bunch order, the quality was terrible and nothing like what the previous products were. As trusting regulars we thought this was accidental. They refused any wrongdoing, they refused to receive the products back, they refused to replace, they refused to refund, they lost customers. Nice appearances but poor customer support. Won't be coming back and won't recommend.
