★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών! Το site τους δεν είναι καθόλου ενημερωμένο σε σχέση με τα πραγματικά αποθέματα του μαγαζιού. Μας καλούσαν επανειλλημένως για να αλλάξουμε την παραγγελία. Δεν ήρθαν σε κανένα από τα 5 διαφορετικά ραντεβου για παράδοση χώρις να ειδοποιήσουν. Στις κλήσεις μας ανταποκρινόντουσαν με δικαιολογίες. Aναγκαστήκαμε να ακυρώσουμε την παραγγελία λόγω έλλειψης εγγύτητας κι επείδη χρειαζόμασταν επειγόντως τα προιοντα που τελικά μας ήρθαν άμεσα από ανταγωνιστικά καταστήματα. Ανεύθυνη και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά! Για αποφυγή! Τουλάχιστον οι online υπηρεσίες τους.
Very poor customer service! Their site is not at all up to date with the actual stock of the store. They called us repeatedly to change the order. They did not come to any of the 5 different delivery dates without notice. They responded to our calls with excuses. We were forced to cancel the order due to lack of proximity and because we urgently needed the products that finally came to us directly from competing stores. Irresponsible and unprofessional behavior! To avoid! At least their online services.
