M	Markella Tsichla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνήθως δεν μπαίνω στη διαδικασία να γράψω κριτική αλλά η συμπεριφορά αυτού του καταστήματος ξεπερνά τα όρια. Το ένα αστεράκι το βάζω καθώς δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να μην βάλω ούτε ένα! Είχα αφήσει 2 ζευγάρια παπούτσια στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για επιδιόρθωση και θα με παίρνανε τηλέφωνο για το ένα, για το αν θα μπορούσε να επιδιορθωθεί. Δεν με πήραν ποτέ και όταν πήγα να τα ζητήσω μετά από καιρό (καθώς είχε περάσει ένα διάστημα συν την καραντίνα), μία αγενής υπάλληλος μου έλεγε με φυσικότητα ότι τα πέταξαν, χωρίς να κάνει καν τον κόπο έστω να κάνει ότι ψάχνει. Όταν διαμαρτηρήθηκα που έλεγε ότι τάχα με είχαν πάρει τηλέφωνο, ενώ δεν με πήραν καμία φορά. Η υπάλληλος μιλούσε από την αρχή στον ενικό, με αγένεια και προσπαθούσε να με πείσει ότι το λάθος ήταν δικό μου που τα είχα αφήσει στο μαγαζί τους, γιατί όπως είπε "δεν με έβαλαν με το ζόρι να τα δώσω εκεί". Έπρεπε να μπω στη διαδικασία να ψάχνω στο κινητό τον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος, για να με πάρει μετά από μισή ώρα η υπάλληλος να μου πει ότι τελικά τα βρήκε. Θα ήθελα να σημειώσω ότι το ένα από τα δύο ζευγάρια, αυτό που βρέθηκε ήταν καλό και ακριβό. Για το άλλο ούτε κουβέντα. Όταν πήγα να τα ζητήσω η αγενής υπάλληλος και ο υπεύθυνος στο τηλέφωνο προσπαθούσαν να με "μαλώσουν" επειδή διαμαρτυρήθηκα όταν μου είπαν ότι πέταξαν τα παπούτσια μου! Αναρωτιέμαι τι θα γινόταν αν άκουγα την υπάλληλο από την αρχή και έφευγα. Η επιμονή της να προσπαθεί να με πείσει ότι τα πέταξαν ενώ δεν τα είχαν πετάξει προβληματίζει κάθε καλόπιστο πελάτη. Εννοείται ότι δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάω και να τους εμπιστευτώ τίποτα πρώτον λόγω συμπεριφοράς και δεύτερον γιατί δεν έχω διάθεση να ξαναχάσω κανένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια! I usually don't get into the process of writing reviews but the behavior of this store goes beyond the limits. I put one star as there is no possibility of not putting one! I had left 2 pairs of shoes in this particular store for repair and they would call me for one, to see if it could be repaired. They never took me and when I went to ask for them after a while (as it had been a while plus the quarantine), a rude employee naturally told me that they had thrown them away, without even bothering to do what he was looking for. When I complained that he had just called me, they never called me. The clerk spoke rudely from the beginning, rudely, and tried to convince me that it was my fault that I had left them in their shop, because, as she said, "they didn't force me to give them there." I had to go through the process of looking for the store manager on my cell phone, so that the employee could tell me after half an hour that he had finally found them. I would like to note that one of the two couples, what was found was good and expensive. Not a word about the other. When I went to ask for it, the rude employee and the person in charge on the phone were trying to "fight" me because I protested when they told me that they threw away my shoes! I wonder what would happen if I listened to the clerk from the beginning and left. Her insistence on trying to convince me that they were thrown away while they weren't thrown away worries every bona fide customer. Of course, I'm not going to go back and trust them, firstly because of my behavior and secondly because I'm not in the mood to lose any pair of shoes again!

Τελικά το έβγαλα αλλού και ματζικ άνοιξε το με το πρώτο! Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα ποτέ! Eventually I took it elsewhere and magically opened it with the first one! I would never go again!

Ιδιαίτερα ταλαντούχα η μοδίστρα με την μηχανή που δουλεύει δέρμα, σκληρά υφάσματα όπως cordura, κτλ. Πολύ γρήγοροι και με λογικότατες τιμές. Always there, always helpful with a smile on their faces, constant value in Charilaou. Γρήγορα ,σωστά επιδιορθώνουν υποδήματα ,τσάντες κλπ, ενημερώνουν πάντα με sms για το πέρας της εργασίας τους. Ακόμη κ αν υπάρξει κάποιος λάθος το αποδέχονται και επισκευάζουν χωρίς επιπλέον χρήματα. Ειλικριά απ την στιγμή που ξεκίνησα να επισκευάζω τα υποδήματα μου στο ΠΙ κ ΦΙ δεν πάω πουθενά αλλού! Excellent job, even during the period of their relocation they served me.
