K	Komninos Komninakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και 2η φορά πελάτης τώρα δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένος.Αφαιρώ 3 αστέρια για τους εξής λόγους. 1ον όταν έφτασα και τους έδειξα τη ζημιά στο προς επισκευή είδος μου, σε υπόδειξη πως θα μπορούσε να διορθωθεί, έδειξαν αμέσως άρνηση στην υπόδειξη μου, θεωρώντας ότι αυτό που προτείνω είναι ανέφικτο - κατ'αυτούς....- και εν τέλει επιδιόρθωσαν με τον τρόπο που ήθελαν αυτοί. Ο χρόνος θα δείξει... 2ον. Όλως τυχαίως και μερικές μέρες αργότερα είδα ότι υπάρχει και 2ο κατάστημα στη λεωφόρο Κνωσού. Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα τους ρώτησα αν κατά πρώτο είναι δικό τους το κατάστημα και αφού μου απάντησαν θετικά, τους ζήτησα να παραλάβω το προς επισκευή είδος μου από εκεί γιατί λόγω και των νέων έργων που γίνεται στο κέντρο είναι ακόμα πιο δύσκολο. Δυστυχώς και σε αυτή τη παράκληση έδειξαν απροθυμία, προαποφασιζόμενοι ότι αν και δικό τους το κατάστημα, δεν έχουν σχέση... Και 3ον...αφού λοιπόν είδα ότι δεν βγάζω άκρη, παρακάλεσα δικό μου άνθρωπο να πάει να παραλάβει τη προς επισκευή παραγγελία μου, δίνοντας το όνομα μου - αφού αυτό μαζί με το τηλέφωνο μου είχαν εξ αρχής ζητήσει, χωρίς καμία απόδειξη παραλαβής... - έμεινε έκπληκτος γιατί η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι "δεν έχουμε κάτι προς επισκευή σε αυτό το όνομα"!!!!. Ο άνθρωπος που έστειλα δεν είχε μαζί του κινητό τηλέφωνο να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου. Και αφού έφυγε, και με πήρε πιο μετά για να μου πει ότι δεν έβρισκαν τη παραγγελία μου!!!! Αισθάνθηκα άσχημα που ξανά παρακάλεσα να πάει δεύτερη φορά από το κατάστημα, επικοινωνώντας εγώ ίδιος σε αυτούς για να παραπονεθώ που "χάθηκε" η παραγγελία μου και τελικά βρέθηκε... Από όλη αυτή τη δυσάρεστη εμπειρία, ο καθένας μπορεί να βγάλει τα δικά του συμπεράσματα ως προς τον επαγγελματισμό και την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών του εν λόγω καταστήματος... Although 2nd time customer now I was not satisfied. Time will tell... 2nd Quite by chance and a few days later I saw that there is a 2nd store on Knossos Avenue. In a phone call I had, I asked them if the store is theirs first and after they answered positively, I asked them to pick up my item to be repaired from there because due to the new projects that are being done in the center it is even more difficult. Unfortunately, even in this request, they showed reluctance, deciding that although they own the store, they have nothing to do ... And 3rd ... after I saw that I was not giving up, I asked my own man to go and pick up my order to be repaired, giving my name - since this together with my phone had been requested from the beginning, without any receipt .. . - was surprised because their answer was that "we do not have anything to repair in this name" !!!!. The person I sent did not have a cell phone with him to contact me. And after he left, he took me later to tell me that they could not find my order !!!! I felt bad that I again asked him to go to the store a second time, contacting them myself to complain that my order was "lost" and finally found ... From all this unpleasant experience, everyone can draw their own conclusions regarding the professionalism and the quality of the services of this store ...

For a pair of insoles that our friends recommended us to get from there we paid 15 euros without a receipt while our friends for the same product 10 euros. I will not go again.

Πήγα και μου άλλαξαν την γόβα μου από μαύρο σε Ταμπά χρωμα και την έκαναν σαν καινούργια!απίστευτη δουλειά! Excellent new store in kayabi! With the same excellent staff! I went and they changed my heel from black to Tampa color and made it like new! Incredible work!

I'm shocked that they managed to rent now a bigger and better place! Incredible... This shop doesn't deserve even 1 star. Do not recommend it at all if you don't want to throw to the garbage bin your shoes.
