★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ ακριβό χωρίς να κάνει ακριβώς τη δουλειά την οποία ήρθα και ζήτησα για τα παπούτσια μου. Στην παραλαβή μια εβδομάδα μετά (από δική μου επιλογή το χρονικό διάστημα), χρειάστηκε να τους υποδείξω δύο παραλείψεις και στην απάντηση ήταν συν τοις άλλοις αγενέστατοι.
Too expensive without exactly doing the job I came for and asking for my shoes. On receipt a week later (by my own choice of time), I had to point out two omissions and they were irritable at the response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή λοιπόν δεν με γνωρίζετε να σας υπενθυμίσω ότι ήρθα για να βγάλω κλειδιά για την εταιρεία που δουλεύω(Ελτρακ) ήθελα τιμολόγιο και μου είπατε ότι δεν μπορητε να μου κόψετε (πράγμα παράνομο) αποτέλεσμα να τα χρεωθώ εγώ ...τόσο καλά!!!!
So because you do not know me to remind you that I came to get keys for the company I work for (Eltrak) I wanted an invoice and you told me that you can not cut me (which is illegal) resulting in me being charged ... so good !!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά θέλω να διευκρινίσω ότι τα 2 αστέρια τα έβαλα αποκλειστικά για τον αγενή τρόπο αντιμετώπισης του υπεύθυνου. Συγκεκριμένα, του πήγα κάτι μποτάκια στα οποία έπρεπε να αλλαχθεί φερμουάρ. Τα κοίταζε, τα ξανακοίταζε, έκανε μορφασμούς καταλήγοντας στο ότι έχει κόπο σα δουλειά και θα του πάρει χρόνο αλλά θα μου στείλει και μήνυμα για το πότε θα τα φτιάξει! Παρόλο λοιπόν που δεν ήξερε καν έστω στο περίπου πότε θα είναι έτοιμα, απαίτησε να του δώσω όλο το ποσό της επισκευής, όταν λοιπόν του είπα ότι δεν γνώριζα πως υπάρχει αυτή η πολιτική παροχής υπηρεσιών με ειρωνεύτηκε κιόλας ότι που ξέρει αυτός άμα εγώ θα έρθω να πάρω τα παπούτσια όταν τα φτιάξει. Δηλαδή οκ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Άμα σκέφτεστε έτσι για τους ανθρώπους καλύτερα να πάτε στα βουνά .... Σίγουρα έχετε ανάγκη από μια ασφάλεια και ειλικρινά αν υπήρχε καλύτερος τρόπος αντιμετώπισης θα σας τα έδινα. Ωστόσο, το θεωρώ υπερβολή καθώς θα έπρεπε απλά να ζητάτε μια προκαταβολή. Γιατί με την ίδια λογική που δεν εμπιστεύεστε τον πελάτη γιατί αν εμπιστευτώ και εγώ το αποτέλεσμα της δουλειάς σας!ΤΟΣΟ ΑΠΛΑ
First I want to clarify that I put the 2 stars exclusively for the rude way of dealing with the person in charge. Specifically, I gave him some boots in which he had to change the zipper. He looked at them, he looked at them again, he grimaced, concluding that he has trouble as a job and it will take him time, but he will also send me a message about when he will make them! So even though he did not even know when they would be ready, he demanded that I give him the full amount of the repair, so when I told him that I did not know that this service policy existed, he even mocked me that he knows if I will come to I get the shoes when he makes them. That is ok !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you think like that about people better go to the mountains .... You definitely need a security and honestly if there was a better way I would give it to you. However, I consider it an exaggeration as you should just ask for a deposit. Because with the same logic that you do not trust the customer because if I trust the result of your work! SO SIMPLY
