the review is for the online purchase made on 30 November 2021. they sent me a defective product (manufacturing error), i contacted them and they agreed to replace it. after one week of waiting i called them to see why i did not receive the item yet, well the person i spoke with had no clue, but after some pleading she agreed to send it to me immediately. however, when the item arrived today i had to pay 4 Euro !!! for what i am still not sure as the mistake was theirs to send me a defective product which i paid in full when it previously arrived, and which i promptly returned to them. i called them again and they did not want to talk to me neither in English nor in Greek and asked me to wait until someone else calls me. i am really not sure why the personnel that works in the shop is not trained to handle returns so we have to wait for that only one person that does ?!? it is highly unacceptable ! well, it is 12 January 2022 and although i finally got the product i paid for they still owe me 4 Euro that they charged me for unknown reason. they do have nice and affordable products but i will avoid purchasing from them as i do not need a hassle like this one to happen again.
