The proprietor, Alekos, imports Illy coffee beans fresh from Italy and always grinds fresh and regularly cleans and services his equipment. He is driven by an intense passion to make the perfect cup of coffee - every time, and he holds his entire staff to that standard. If you love coffee, I highly recommend you try this out!
