★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurants in Nafplio, popular with both locals and tourists, a little bit outside of the extremely touristic old town. You will find homemade style food, always fresh and always delicious. Staff is very friendly and willing to help you. But you need to be armed with patience because this place is always full, since it is that popular, especially during high season and usually after 20:30. However it’s well worth it and every time we visit Nafplio we eat there at least once

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great surprise find … just 7 minutes by foot from the old city centre and the restaurants there you will find this jewel of taverna …. Great food - mostly honest home cooking Greek food - smiling and passionate service, great tsiporo (Greek version of a Schnaps) and all for normal prices. So great value for money.
Go for the sail specials- all we tried the two times we went now were great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Away from the tourist throng with restaurants that are lined side by side with ‘hustlers’ trying to entice you in. This is a far more relaxed place. Confident in its own quality and popularity. Covers are quickly turned and a dining space found for the steady flow of locals and visitors alike. The 24hr slow cooked lamb with roasted potatoes is a house speciality. Have it with their fabulous tzatziki and a tomato and caper salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could only say this is the best Greek food I've tasted in Greece. Not in Athens, not in Santorini, but in Nafplio.
We ordered orzo in prawn, pork tenderloin, codfish and stuffed squid. Prawn and stuffed squid is extremely well done. It tasted extremely well. Pork tenderloin is tender and juicy.
I've tasted the L**** I'm athens as well, Pidalio did a lot more better than them.
If you are in Nafplio, don't miss out this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem out of the buzz with a welcoming stuff, tasty traditional Greek cuisine and some other creations by the chef, cherry on the cake : delicious catch of the day fish. One negative point : French fries are full of oil and not fried to perfection. Recommended.

We ordered 24h cooked lamb, that comes with cooked potatoes and moussaka, that comes with fries. Both amazing
They bring you a dessert that also it's very good
Totally recommended ??
The only thing to say is that they don't have Coca Cola, just Pepsi
