Peaceful place surrounded by sounds of nature ???Cozy rooms with a breathtaking view ? Stunning breakfast and welcoming staff. Beware that Google Maps might confuse you with ways how to get here.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed and good heating. Unfortunately we went in a foggy and rainy weekend and we could not see any view. In front of our window there was also a tree that posed an obstacle to the view (standard double room). The host is really kind and willing to help anytime. Amazing breakfast! Road to go there is a bit dangerous especially in foggy days because the hotel is in the top of the mountain.

Tranquil location with stunning views. Peaceful both day and night. I visited the place the last week of August and loved the temperature. During day time it was summer warm and at night you needed a blanket! Our room was gorgeous, clean and Covid-19 measures were in place. Fantastic hosts, kind, helpful and always around! A wee gem in the Corinthian mountains!

This is a Fantastic place to stay as the rooms are absolutely FANTASTIC. They are very clean and spacious with perfect temperature as you totally have control of it. Stone and wood are collaborating perfectly giving you a very pleasant feeling while you stay. The fireplace is of top quality as no smoke stays in the room and you dont smell it all !!! Last but not least the people are more than great as they are extremely freidnly, helpful and willing to provide anything you need.

RELAXING & REFRESHING NICE STAY, WITH POTENTIAL TO BE EVEN BETTER. Let's start with the good stuff: Above all, we need to highlight that the lady responsible for the hotel was super kind, polite, and helpful. She was there all day, available to help us. She really makes the difference. Other than that: 1/ The location is unique. It is greatly located in Ano Trikala, away from the huge traffic of the taverns in Mesaia Trikala. (Please note that Google maps is not a good guide. Search for the Hotel sign on the road, otherwise, you won't find the hotel). In alignment with the location, the view is perfect from the main lobby. 2/ Our room was quite spacious. We chose the Luxury Suite and it was big and comfortable. There is a fireplace with a daily supply of wood and a simultaneous heating system to keep the room at a good temperature. 3/ The room seemed to be clean and they were ok to not enter the room for cleaning due to COVID. 4/ Free parking is also included, right outside the hotel. There's always room for improvement, so here we go: 1/ Breakfast was below expectations, unfortunately. I would say it is average (if not below average). Variety was limited, quality was average and no local ingredients were used to make it feel like an experience. 2/ The bed had 2 blankets one on top of the other to keep you warm at night. I would expect (and prefer) Hotel quilts that are warmer and of course, can be easily cleaned - cause blankets usually are not getting cleaned after each stay. 3/ Service, except the Lady responsible, was quite distant and not as friendly as her. 4/ The view from the luxury suite was not good. We had a view of the backyard and the parking, despite the quite high price we paid (~120 per night). It would be nice if we knew what the view would be in advance. 5/ The mini-fridge in the room is empty. You need to bring anything you need with you from outside or buy a few basic stuff from the hotel. It would be nice if they provided at least some water. (PS. don't buy wine, we did ordered a bottle and was bad)

Great retreat for an escape in the mountains near Athens... family owned and operated... awesome people... amazing rooms with fireplace and comfortable beds... very clean with all the necessary amendments needed in the rooms... handmade traditional Greek pies made in the premesis for breakfast are the crown jewel of the large buffet options offered... highly recommended...
