This was an exceptional experience. We expected an usual 3 star hotel, but what we got is close to 5 starts experience. As a family that has Hilton as a primary choice, I can tell you this place is getting close. Also, as I am "impossible to please" customer, you can imagine how good they need to be for me to put a great review like this one. This place is well on its way to a 5 star resort for sure. It's amazing. And it's much better then you can see on the photos. Stay with them - they are no mistake in every possible sense. A regular Hilton visitor will feel at Pilalidis like at home. What else to say. Especially Alexandra was grateful. Give her a rise! She is an absolute brilliant host. It's hard to find things I don't like. Ok maybe they should put a bit of quiet music during the breakfast, and the short hair lady who stands on the door is a bit strange, like "watching you how how much you eat" feel. The same lady who is like "No jumping to a pool" for a Childs playing, could chill off a bit and relax. They are just playing. But again, you have Alexandra to fix things like a wind. I assume short hair lady is an owner, she is good too, but needs to relax a bit. Luckily there's Alexandra everywhere with smile to make it comfortable. The bar by the pool has a great music, ands should not be afraid to ramp up a beet a bit.

Well kept, clean, exelent garden and swimmingpool. Five minutes from the best beach, located in the area with no trafic.

Great! Very good for families with kids, nice big rooms, great garden and pool, small playground area between the trees. The staff was very helpful- many thanks to Ada, she may seem to be the watch dog at first sight, but she is a great lady with a very big heart! Hint: there are renovated rooms, but not all, so make sure you ask before making the reservation. Internet quality is acceptable for Greece, breakfast is ok but it could be better- more diversity would be great. Overall, 5 stars from my side, as we had great time!

Excellent service, big & cosy rooms with big bathrooms and great shower. They offer daily room cleaning and new sets of towels. It is quiet and they have a big garden exceptionally well cared for. Very good for families and quiet. The swimming pool & bar are nice and there is good shade. Close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is plain but the services, excellent. It looks even better than the official pictures

Excellent location placed in the middle of a luxuriant garden with palm trees and lemon trees. Nice and serviable personnel. Comfortable rooms with separate access which allows privacy and good protection in this pandemic conditions. I really do recommend.

If u are looking for family place with kids, this is the one. Best one! Pool for kids, and adults. Playground have all kids need to have some fun. Breakfast, is like made for kids only, but is for everyone, and is really nice. Love the fruits and sweets! :) Personal in hotel are amazing, they will help you with everything. Pool also have a bar, with super great music, i will just volume up a little bit! In pool bar u can order a snacks, fries and sandwiches, chicken nuggets ect... Again, all is on lever for family with kids. Of course there is something for adults, like cocktails ;) Apartments are clean, and they clean it everyday, new towels and sheets. This hotel is going big, looking to see him 5 star in few years! I was happy to be here, and i will gladly come again to be your guest with my family. Thank you

Everything here was amazing: clean room, the pool and garden are great to spend the time, nice people! It is close to the beach but we preferred going to Paliouri beach (which is 9 min away with car ) because it's better for children

A posh hotel, with lots of greenery held every day and beautifull pool. Rooms are tidied up every day. Towels are changed daily. Because of the lot of greenery each of your pictures will be the most beautiful memory. A small team of very hardworking people maintain the hotel flawlessly every day.
