We paid by card and with a first card the waiter said the payment was refused (without giving us a receipt) so we paid with a second card. We found out when we went back from our trip that we were charged twice so it was obviously a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. We went there twice. First time we waited half an hour to have a chance to order. Second time we waited 40 minutes and left without getting anything. The waiter did not care at all.

The place is clean and service was good.. however it would have been great if Pilot had more breakfast / brunch varieties. Their turkey crepe was bland without creativity or sauce. Their eggs had less salt and they had limited open faced sandwich breakfast options as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open 24 hours and is not smoke free. Right next door to 2 gentleman clubs. The service late at night is slow as there is only 1 waiter. The customers are a mix of those partying, some that are creepy and some that are just the Average Joe.
We tried the Alpha Greek Beer, the Turkey Burger and the Chicken Bacon Penne Pasta. We personally would NOT recommend the Turkey Burger. But the pasta dish was very good! The Alpha Beer is a good pick too. :p

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a fantastic cafe. While staying at Athenaeum Grand Hotel, Pilot was one of our musts every morning. Beautiful cafe, friendly atmosphere, good food. A very friendly atmosphere. Pilot is a great place for meetings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have got good food for very reasonable price and nice and spacious interior. BUT probably the worst service I have ever seen. I have been there twice with my friends. During our first visit the service was very slow, but somehow acceptable as we enjoyed the meal when it was eventually served. The second time we were waiting 30 minutes without waiter noticing us (around 10 people). When we urged the waiter, he took the order and within 15 minutes was unable to bring us anything. So we left and the guy even shouted to us how we dare to leave when we made an order already.
It is a shame for this restaurant to employ such people who are really ruining the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we waited 10 minutes before anyone even came out after we asked the lady at counter several times for something to drink. The waiter had several people try to get his attention and he was oblivious. He was talking to other workers and sweeping and we had to go to him each time we wanted anything. Bottom line service 0 stars and food was 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wondering weather I should add 4 or 5 stars, the service was not the best, so the lost the 5th star. Although this place is not bad in interior, the food is superb for the price. We ordered two soups(yeah we were in search of hot soup during a 24 Celsius November day), and they both were superb. At 8,5 euro per soup, this is really high quality and value for money. Beautiful plates and very tasty. I observed other plates right and left, and at least in terms of looks, they seemed pretty damn good. If you are around this area, I recommend this place.
