★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is 3 times more expensive than all of the nailstudios nearby. 89€ for acrylics. No price list either. My sister did the exact same nails as me, and her nails was done by someone who clearly was in training or very little experience, and the result came out horrible and thick. We went back to tell this to the salon, and the owner told us they would fix it in 30 minutes. We sat there for 1.5 hour and waited before they were finished fixing it. No reactions or excuses from the owner either, and no discount. We paid 89 € for nails we had to wait in total 3 hours and go to the salon twice before we had an OK result..

On the plus side:
* the salon looks nice and modern
* all ladies there are friendly
On minus side:
There is price-quality ratio which is not quite right. I never mind paying well for the services of high quality. When booking I asked if I can have mani-pedi at same time and was told yes. There it was first pedi, then mani - which took longer time then initially planned.
I got mani-pedi (mani acrylic refill and pedicure semi-gel) and it was OK, but not the high standart. The price for both was 130 euros. So I guess a bit overpriced (especially for the polishes they used for my nails - Elixir which are very cheap)
Bottom line is that You can go there and it will be OK, but if possible go for example to to Aphoteke spa. The quality and prices were better there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced!!! There is no price list. I did a PEDICURE with shellac and payed 55€! for it. Please scroll down the reviews, I am not the only one. Don’t fall into the trap. And the owner has always a response to everything and tries to make the customer wrong (I am sure in my case as well). Even saying that these people haven’t been there. This is a big joke! You can find a way cheaper and better place in Chania.
Never again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this salon when I went to Chania Greece. First lady wrapped soaked my nails in cotton balls for almost 20 min, I had normal nail polish on so that wasn’t even necessary, as soon as she wrapped all my nails she got up and went to work on another client. By the time she came back my nails were already in pain. They took hours to do my mani and pedi, and at the end paid 90 € euros!! It was a ripoff because I could’ve gone to the store nearby, got my own polish and do a much better job myself, that’s how bad it was. Also their polish collection is very limited, they couldn’t do a basic color I wanted. They kept saying me, I don’t have what about this one? Like three times!.. I got engaged in Greece and my nails look awful on my hand pictures, I wish I had gone to another salon. Terrible experience, definitely don’t recommend.

In fact Eva are the only one their does the job perfect for lashes and eye brows for me and I will even travel to Crete any time of the year for getting the help, service and beauty expertise from Eva! She is top professional and always honest and can see exactly what a woman need to treat herself with love and beauty. Any day I will always send me guests, clients and family to Eva ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved it here! The staff and the atmosphere was amazing. All the three of us got an appointment the same day we called and didn’t need to wait long. Even though I got a little anxious, the lady comforted me and made me relaxed. The result from the lash lift is so beautiful and I recommend everyone to choose this salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must to give 5 ⭐️ to this place, because at the beginning happened some mistake and my manicure lasted just one day, for what i was really really sad, but when i came with this problem to the beauty salon - girls immediatly solved the problem and they did my nails from the beggining. So now I can enjoy my perfect nails.
As well, i must to add, what girls who work in the beauty salon are really kind and helpful.
I liked what problem was solved so fast.
