Για συναλλαγή ενός λεπτού χρειάζεται αναμονή μιάμισης ώρας, αν βοηθήσει η τύχη, μέχρι να ανακαλύψεις ποιος είναι ο αρμόδιος υπάλληλος. Ο ένας σε παραπέμπει στον άλλο. Και στο τέλος αφού έχεις αγανακτήσει σε εξυπηρετεί ο πρώτος υπάλληλος που απευθύνθηκες αρχικά. Κρίμα!
