A	Alexander Ken Tanaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο για ραντεβού να ανοίξω λογαριασμό και μου είπε η αγενής υπάλληλος οτι δεν μπορεί να το κλείσει γιατι πρέπει πρώτα να ρωτήσει έναν-έναν όλους τους συνάδελφους πότε είναι διαθέσιμοι και οτι θα με πάρει πίσω στο τέλος της ημέρας αλλα δεν. Τελικά θα πάω σε άλλη τράπεζα. Παρακαλώ πολύ επενδύστε στην εκπαίδευση προσωπικού. I called for an appointment to open an account and the rude employee told me that he could not close it because he had to first ask all the colleagues one by one when they were available and that he would take me back at the end of the day but no. K	Katia Geo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σου κλείνουν ραντεβου γιατι δεν απαντούν στα τηλεφωνα και ΟΤΑΝ απαντήσουν σου λενε πως δεν εχουν ραντεβου!!!! Περιμέναμε εξω πόσα άτομα ενώ μεσα δεν ηταν κανεις και δεν βγήκε κάποιος να μας πει πως μπορούμε να μπούμε! Καθόντουσαν και έπιναν καφεδάκι..... They do not make an appointment for you because they do not answer the phones and WHEN they answer they tell you that they do not have an appointment !!!! We were waiting outside, how many people while no one was inside and no one came out to tell us how we could enter! They were sitting and drinking coffee .....

Η μόνη αρνητική παρατήρηση είναι ότι δεν απαντούν ποτέ στό τηλέφωνο. Do not express yourself only when we happen to be unhappy. Many years customer, I found today as well as other times very good service. The only downside is that they never answer the phone.

Έφυγα και πήγα σε άλλη Τράπεζα όπου έκανα την δουλειά μου μια χαρά.
