★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαίσια εξυπηρέτηση.Είχαμε κλείσει ραντεβού κ ο υπάλληλος ζητούσε επιπλέον έγγραφα από όσα είχαν ενημερώσει τηλεφωνικά ότι χρειαζόντουσαν.Καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει πραγματικά, κατανοώντας τις δυσκολίες. Το ένα αστέρι είναι πολύ.
 Awesome service.We had booked an appointment and the employee was requesting additional documents from what they had informed by phone that they were needed. No willingness to really serve, understanding the difficulties. One star is too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει πολύ κόσμο στην ουρά, ειδικά τέλη κάθε μήνα. Η διευθύντρια δεν είναι καθόλου εξυπηρετική και αυτό δυσχερένει την κατάσταση. Προτιμήστε άλλο υποκατάστημα.
It is very crowded, especially at the end of each month. The director is not helpful at all and this makes the situation difficult. Prefer another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι ταμίες είναι αργοί !!! Μπορεί να έχεις νούμερο επίσης και να εξυπηρετήσουν κάποιον γνωστό τους. Η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή είναι πάντα ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.
Cashiers are slow !!! You may also have a number and serve someone they know. The girl at the reception is always polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπήκα μέσα 13:55 οι πόρτες ανοιχτές. Περιμένω την σειρά μου και 14:02 είμαι στο ταμείο. Ο υπάλληλος μου λέει:δεν μπορώ να σε εξυπηρετήσω, το σύστημα έκλεισε.
Αν έδιωχνα εγώ τον πελάτη 13:55 για να φύγω 14:00 ο ιδιοκτήτης του καταστήματος που δουλεύω τι θα μου έκανε; Αλλά δυστυχώς και ο προϊστάμενος έκανε το ίδιο και στον επόμενο που μπήκε μετά από εμένα (13:58).
Πιστεύω ότι είναι απαράδεκτοι. Αφού κλείσει η πόρτα πρέπει να εξυπηρετούν όσους βρίσκονται μέσα.
Και να κάνουν και κάνα έλεγχο οι προϊστάμενοι.
Τα λεφτά μας τους αφήνουμε.

I entered in 13:55 the doors open. I'm waiting for my turn and 14:02 I'm in the cashier. The employee says: I can not serve you, the system is closed.
If I drove my client 13:55 to leave at 14:00 the shop owner who works what would he do to me? But unfortunately the boss did the same thing to the next one who came after me (13:58).
I think they are unacceptable. Once the door is closed, they must serve those inside.
And the bosses should also check.
We leave our money.
Shame!!!

Unacceptable behavior to customers, even on the phone to make an appointment. Waiting and being late when you are there is a given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα βαθμολογίας με ένα μεγάλο στρογγυλό μηδενικό, αυτή θα επέλεγα. Απαράδεκτα αργή εξυπηρέτηση στο 1 ταμείο που διαθέτει. Δυστυχώς ο covid ευνοεί κάποιους που κάθονται και πληρώνονται και αδικεί άλλους που περιμένουν 45 λεπτα στον ήλιο. Να σημειωθεί πως είχαν βγει 3 άτομα όσο περίμενα να μπω, επομένως δεν υπήρχε θέμα συνωστισμού. Στο ταμείο δε, ο μέσος χρόνος εξυπηρέτησης είναι 15 λεπτά ανά άτομο.
If there was a possibility of scoring with a big round zero, I would choose that. Unacceptably slow service in the 1 cash register. Unfortunately covid favors some who sit and get paid and wrongs others who wait 45 minutes in the sun. Note that 3 people came out while I was waiting to enter, so there was no question of overcrowding. At the checkout, the average service time is 15 minutes per person.
